Three UK - 3Store Tamworth Reviews 

Went in to the store Sunday morning, In all honesty I wouldn’t have chosen 3 but they were the only store in Tamworth open. My IPhone had broken and I was in desperate need of a new phone.
Megan was an unbelievable help, I had no phone and no way to make contact with my previous service provider, after attempting to use the store phone which had no luck, she took my Sim Card and put in to her personal phone so I was able to make the necessary phone calls to transfer my details.
Not only did I receive great customer service, the deal i received was excellent too. Lower air time plan than I was currently paying, new IPhone at an affordable price, power bank, protective case and screen protector (unfortunately faulty) all included at a very affordable price.
After recent experiences with customer service in the same industry it was really refreshing to see people that take pride in the work and a company that seems to focus on a quality experience.

Staff were both very helpful this afternoon. We have several accounts with three most of which needed updating and both staff were very helpful and sorted out new broadband, new tablets, new sim only’s and a new phone!

I have been a THREE customer for many years now.
On occasion i have needed to go instore for some help or to renew a contract.
We do not have a store in Sutton Coldfield, so i went to the Tamworth Branch.
The service, knowledge, help and support i have from KRIS is great. His knowledge is second to none.
He is always approchable,polite and happy to help. Nothing is too much trouble.
He is a Gentleman, his continued help and support is one of the reasons why i will continue using THREE.
Kris is what every business needs as the first person of contact for the Company.
The company is only as good as the people who work for them.
Yes you can call customer services, but it can be not always be dealt with over the phone.
But i am confident if i go to Tamworth store that Kris will always help me and i can go away happy .
This Man is a big credit to the company.
