Horrible

The only reason I gave 1 star is because they didn't have a place to rate ZERO. Went to pick the car up for a long trip not even half way going the tire kept having to be aired up. It was an inconvenience to us being that I felt unsafe traveling. Returned the car back and the tire light was on. Was told to call Customer Service pertaining to it and they asked for a receipt. What air pump do you know that gives out receipts. The Customer Service representative said he would try his best to accommodate me and came back to the phone and said he can refund 75.00. Wow really. They do not value their customers, and I will continue to let it be known. Thrifty do better.
