Thrillophilia 

Very disappointing experience with Thrillophilia while booking our Spiti trip. There was a lack of transparency around the itinerary and stay details, which were not shared despite requests. Travel options were not clearly explained, and we were only pushed towards booking a Tempo Traveller. Additionally, the cancellation policy was misrepresented — we were informed that a 50% deduction would apply if cancelled 15 days prior, but upon cancellation, we were told there would be no refund. Very disappointing and not trustworthy.

They advertise a low price for tickets but never deliver. I have received “booking rejected” emails a couple hours after on multiple purchases and have never been able to actually receive a ticket from them.

Our experience with Thrillophilia was absolutely unacceptable and deeply disappointing. What was supposed to be a special honeymoon turned into a stressful, frustrating, and poorly managed trip from start to finish.

Right from Day 1, they failed to deliver on their promised itinerary. Kalimpong, which was clearly included in the plan, was completely skipped without any explanation or accountability. This set the tone for the rest of the trip.

The hotel arrangements were equally pathetic. The room provided was extremely small, poorly maintained, and far from “4-star” standards. Despite raising this issue immediately, their support team falsely assured us of a room change the next day—which never happened. This shows a complete lack of professionalism and commitment.

The food arrangements were substandard. Breakfast was limited to a single option (idli and sambar), with no variety whatsoever. This is unacceptable for a package that claims premium service.

The situation worsened further when they failed to provide the promised resort stay. Instead, we were placed in another mediocre hotel with cramped rooms. The so-called “candlelight dinner” was also poorly arranged and nowhere close to what was promised—it felt like a cheap afterthought rather than a special experience.

The driver assigned to us was highly unprofessional and rude. On the day we were supposed to visit Tiger Hill viewpoint, he arrived late due to personal reasons, failed to arrange the required passes, and casually pushed the plan to the next day. His behavior was arrogant, and he even reacted aggressively when we contacted support. Shockingly, he also refused to take us back to the hotel at one point during sightseeing, which is completely unacceptable and unsafe.

Overall, this entire trip was a complete failure in terms of planning, execution, and customer service. We paid for a 4-star honeymoon experience but received services that were far below even basic standards.

This was not just disappointing—it was mentally exhausting and ruined what should have been a memorable and joyful occasion. We strongly warn others not to trust Thrillophilia with important trips. This has been one of the worst travel experiences we have ever had.

One of the worst travel agency i have ever experienced, they dont care about customer queries.
Resolved the queries even without disxussing with customer.
After payment of money, doesnt issue the hotel vouchers. Dont care to understand the pain.. they keep on reaching u only when ur booking is pending...

After booking they doesn't care to resolve... this is my 6th attempt to reaching them for my query resolution.

It was our best trip. Everything was so smooth and we have enjoyed all the arrangements provided by Thrillophillia.

Last month I travel to dubai with thrillophilia,overall it was a decent experience the itinerary was well planned and covered major attraction like thr city ans desert safari most of the arrangement including hotel stays and activities were managed ans support team was responsible when needed. However , there were a few areas where improvemt is required especially in cordonarion and timing of certain activities which cause some inconvenience during the trip
Apart from this the overall experience was good and wnjoyable

I have done 4 trips along with Thrillophilia until now and have always had absolutely joy throughout those trips. I like the care and flexibility shown by their experts to accomodate any customisation required in the plan. I love the hotels recommended and the tour operators that host our trip through Thrillophilia. Overall it has been a great experience working with Thrillophilia to get all my trips planned and executed as per my need.

Worst ever experience.
They show you a very good hotel and grab money from you. And at the time of travel they give very cheap hotels.

DON'T BELIEVE THIS SCAMERS,PLEASE!!!Avoid them,if you don't want to lose your money. I purchased tickets for Loro Park in Tenerife, through this company, next day my plans has changed and I cancel it,received cancellation emails, however didn't received any money back. I open an dispute with my Bank, but they also couldn't get my money back.Stay away from this company!!!!@@@@

Our trip to Vietnam was an absolutely wonderful experience, and we are truly grateful to Thrillophilia for planning such a well-organized itinerary for me and my wife.

The itinerary was well balanced, giving us the chance to explore the beauty, culture, and local experiences of Vietnam without feeling rushed.

Totally thrilled and happy with the way Thrillophilia has guided and supported us in our Rajasthan Trip. i am a very frequent traveller both domestic and overseas and it was the first time i thought of trying a new travel company Thrillophilia. at first i was like bit worried but fortunate enough to have our booking done with them. several reasons made our trip joyous and adventourous like guidance from first day of my call for quote till date where its been couple of months we finished our trip , taking care of every small things during our trip , best of the hotels and resorts, arrangement of Jain food , local guide for the entire trip, no time boundations for hopping , all tickets for safari or monuments etc arranged before hand , neat and clean tempo traveller, letting us know if we missed or was not there in our queue to visit, checking everyday for our convenience, after trip calls for feedback and moments to share etc etc..even i find it very economical compared to my last several travels along with different well known brands...i am really happy with the services and now have made Thrillophilia our top and best guide for our travel. keep ROCKING !!!

Great experience and well planned

I have traveled with Thrillophilia twice so far. My first trip was to Kashmir in April, and the second one was to Sikkim. Both trips were organized through Thrillophilia tours and guides, and I must say it was a wonderful experience.

Honestly, I don’t think we could have enjoyed Kashmir as much if we had planned the trip by ourselves. Choosing a package trip turned out to be one of the best decisions because everything was organized perfectly. The team planned each day very carefully and ensured that the entire itinerary was executed smoothly.

All the drivers assigned during the trip were very humble, professional, and helpful, which made the journey even more comfortable. The entire trip went very smoothly without any stress. The best part was that I didn’t have to constantly worry about planning what to do next or which places to cover, which allowed me to truly relax and enjoy the trip with my family.

Recently, I also went on a trip to Sikkim through Thrillophilia, and I would say this trip was truly one of the best experiences. The place itself was breathtaking, and the people there were incredibly warm and welcoming. Everything about the trip felt special.

Thrillophilia really helped in selecting the best places to visit during the best season, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Because of their planning and support, the entire journey was smooth and memorable.

Feb-25 -kilimanjaro -thrillophilia charged in full and delayed the start of trekking by a day- ground operator of thrillophilia said- money not credited to them ( We paid in November 25). Thrillophilia didnt even bother to respond/ check if we started the trek.
also, we paid close to 6000 USD, but again forced to pay 700 USD as tip, a straight contradiction to Thrillophilia's commitment.

Also, they are tax evasion ppl. for TDS deducted in Nov, they are yet to deposit the TDS/TCS in my acc.

Bought tickets online. I’m at the time and date booked at the attraction paid for and I’m sitting outside like an idiot because of never received the voucher. Now i’m forced to pay double the price for entry on the spot. This is a SCAM!!!!!!

My Bali trip with Thrillophilia was honestly one of the most memorable trips of my life. From the planning stage to the actual travel experience, everything was handled very smoothly. I was traveling with my wife, and Bali was always on our bucket list, so we were really excited but also a little nervous about how things would go in a new country.

Thrillophilia made the entire journey very comfortable for us. The itinerary was well planned and gave us enough time to explore places without feeling rushed. We visited beautiful spots like water sports and temple in Kuta, photogenic spots in Nusa Penida, local market in UBUD, sunset in Gilli T and amazing scenic locations that truly showed the beauty of Bali.

One thing we really appreciated was how well the local guides and drivers coordinated everything. They were friendly, helpful, and always on time, which made our travel stress-free. Whether it was airport transfers, hotel stays, or daily sightseeing, everything was organized properly.

Some of my favorite moments were watching the sunset by the Gilli T beach, exploring local culture, and just enjoying the peaceful vibe of Bali. The experience felt balanced — adventure, relaxation, and cultural exploration all in one trip.

Overall, this trip gave us beautiful memories that we will always cherish. If someone is planning an international trip and wants a hassle-free experience, Bali with Thrillophilia is definitely something I would recommend.

I paid €89 per person but got a "bait and switch" and received a ticket they sell for €15.

I paid for a "Full Access" guided tour to the Alhambra in Grenada, Spain. The ticket clearly indicated that it includes entry the Nasrid Palaces (the expensive part of the ticket). Thrillophilia also sells tickets without access to this palace - for much cheaper!

Shortly after paying, they claimed my date was "sold out" and forced an "urgent reschedule." After I agreed to the new date, they issued a voucher via Tiqets that explicitly states: "Please note that this ticket does not include entry to the Nasrid Palaces."

I took evidence of my booking confirmation along with the ticket claim to show this discrepancy to the Thrillophilia team. When I confronted them with the evidence, they offered me a €5pp refund as a "resolution" for a €70+pp value discrepancy.

This company is intentionally misleading tourists by making a typical "bait and switch" and hoping customers will not fight for it. They are pocketing huge margins by selling entry types they cannot provide. I am now filing a formal dispute through my bank.

Avoid Thrillophilia at all costs. Book directly through the official Alhambra site or a reputable agency.
