keep using this service as i am on TRT and i find them very reliable - their platform keeps track of you tests and makes it easy to compare your health-progress. Their service should be compulsory for anyone over 40.

Quick response, easy to use, and a detailed doctor's reply with helpful advice. The price is also quite reasonable. I've been using Thriva for several years now, and I'm so glad I discovered it.

Great set of blood tests but limited feedback and help in interpreting them, linking together blood test results over time and linking to you personally. They are well behind the trend on using AI and properly supporting people on their journey of improving their health.

It's a bit expensive but I bought a kit to test my b12 because we all know what a pain it is to ask the GP for something these days. The kit came quickly, the blood draw was one of those nice easy things you stick on your arm and wait, and the results came really quickly, with a comprehensive follow up.

I'd use them regularly if they were half the price

So disappointing! Used Thriva before and was generally satisfied although had to use nurse to take blood as auto-draw wouldn’t work with me! Cancelled subscription as not wanting long term commitment. Recently requested single PSA test with nurse plus a batch of tests with nurse. lots of emails back and forth trying to arrange for correct kits and nurse booking after paying £125 immediately. Finally gave up and emailed Thriva to cancel everything and refund my payment. Tried to cancel subscription but the site Thriva posted does not exist. One bright spot was Yasmin, who replied promptly and was always helpful. I suspect she is hampered by the somewhat stodgy system in place.

Quick results easy to follow instructions. The insights from the gp are useful.

The detail and promptness of reporting is excellent. If I were to request anything further (apologies if I missed it) it would be recommendations for further tests if issues found, as well as periodicity for subsequent tests.

I didn’t manage to get my application unit to work ( ie piercing my skin to extract a sample) . Very relieved that I was able to contact Thriva easily and they are sending me a replacement unit.

Absolutely brilliant. ZERO pain, quick, organised process, quick results with full reports from doctor, cheaper than taking blood samples straight in a lab. I will be using Thriva every single month, this is truly genius stuff. And I imagine great for kids too when/if they ever need their blood samples because it REALLY is ZERO pain, it’s amazing.

My date of birth was incorrect on my report. Holly, from Thriva, contacted me really promptly and the issue was dealt with quickly and really well.

It wasn't easy to take the blood but i managed on the second try! The results are very insightful but I would have liked to be able to print off all the comments and not just the results.

Great app, with clear and very fast results! Blood withdrawal method is also pretty impressive and pain free. Would highly recommend this especially for tests that don’t come as standard with the NHS.

WOW! I was sceptical because I've never been able to get enough blood from a finger prick draw, and didn't see how this would be different. But the Autodraw is a game changer! Instructions were easy to follow, it was completely painless, and I filled two tubes in about three minutes! My only critique is it's fiddly to switch tubes mid-collection if you're on your own, but I imagine it just takes practice.

The selection of testable markers is wide and easily customisable - I do find it slightly more expensive than some other providers but it's definitely worth it for the Autodraw alone (and still much less expensive than the other alternative, i.e. going to a clinic).

I posted my blood on Tuesday morning, was notified it was received on Wednesday afternoon, and had results first thing Thursday. The doctor's report was reasonably comprehensive: it commented on the in-range results as well as the abnormal ones, though I do wish it had referenced the answers to my health profile (e.g. my long-term aims) slightly more directly. However, I ran my PDF results and the report straight through AI for a more complete picture and AI found them to be solid/trustworthy.

Will definitely only now use Thriva when I need to test something. The stress and pain of drawing blood has been completely removed.

The test kit arrived quickly with clear instructions and back-up emails. Relatively easy to use, speedy results with basic explanations and recommendations.

Easy to use
the service is easy and user friendly for people who are not aware of what the outcome of the bloods are. I find this a helpful way to track my own health without having to go to my GP and burden the NHS with my blood work unless needed.
