I was worried these wouldn’t fit my girlfriend as she has a very small waist but muscular legs. I got her the medium/large and it shrunk enough that it fit her waist, but still stretched enough for her legs.

I recently purchased a pair of base layer women's bottoms, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. These bottoms are incredibly comfortable and provide excellent insulation. They're perfect for layering under other clothing during the colder months. The fit is just right, and the material is both soft and durable. Have not yet put this piece to the test. The plan for this piece is to wear them underneath my riding trousers come winter, when I have to horse ride in cold temperatures for a couple of hours. Thermal trousers for me are a must come winter, they are an essential to wear under my riding trousers to keep warm, but the ones I have tried so far the fit was off. Tried them on with my riding trousers and these are a great fit, and allow great mobility and the fabric of merino wool is a great insulator. Look forward to trying them out come winter.
