Suddenly getting no response from customer service. What’s happening? Your customer service was spot on before.

This company have some great looking products and website, but their communication and customer service is shocking. Sent 4 emails now no response. This was besides earlier contact around 2 months ago to try and get some assistance and questions around discount. Took them about 5 weeks to respond. I have repeatedly asked for a refund as I have ordered two jackets now and the length of the arms do not fit, I do not want anything else and they have given me a credit, no response to emails, tried and tried before this review but have to be honest as its a real let down in way of communication.

Easy to navigate website. YouTube shorts really good at explaining the use cases for different clothing lines. Great quality technical clothing. Expensive perhaps. But loving everything I’ve bought from them. Returns process worked smoothly too. Great brand.

The only thing I'd suggest to improve things is I use the App and I can't see the size of the clothing whilst its in there. I don't always check out straight away and sometimes have to remove and re add the item to check what size I've put in there
