Fantastic clothes Shame about the service
Fantastic clothes, but the customer service is some of the worst unfortunately, I’ve been trying for a month to exchange for a larger size and nobody human is actually available it would seem. If the chatbot can’t solve it you have no chance, shame as the clothes are fantastic.

ThruDark… The name should be used as a superlative.
I have bought many items from ThruDark and have never been disappointed. The thought that has gone into each garment is unreal. The combination of the convenience of the App and having the Battersea shop an hour away from my house is a little bit dangerous as I can’t help but buy more and Fay at the Battersea store is phenomenal both in her depth of knowledge of the products and also in managing to get me to spend more! 😂 She is fantastic… friendly, informative and incredibly helpful.

Really lovely neck gaiter
Really lovely neck gaiter. Super soft and lovely material. Only reason for less stars is that £6 delivery is extortionate for such a small and lightweight item! It’s put me off purchasing again
