I ordered from them and wrote a BAD REVIEW but it was my bank in the UK that made a mistake and failed to send the correct amount for payment of 500 thyroid s.
I have now said sorry to the company but they are still willing to send me my order and were so pleasant and forgiving.

I have previously ordered 9 times and received Thyroid S with no problems.
The last time it didn't get to customs according to Australia Post. Everytime I asked Siriya to investigate, the reply was to wait. So after 5 weeks of waiting I filed a dispute with my credit card and got a refund. I never found out what the problem was. Customs didn't contact me to say there was a problem. The label they put on it stated that it was a gift of very little value. This was completely false as I purchased it for $262AUD They only offered me a partial refund for something I never received.

Hello Carolyn Berry, According to updated tracking detail, you package was hold by your customs, and have never return to us. We ask you to wait, or contact your customs, as they may require you to pay import taxes, that you have to responsible for. Finally, you open a dispute to your bank, not to pay the product cost and shipping cost, and you got a refund back to your credit card (according our payment gateway informing us, and we already informed you about this). Our price is USD165/bottle, including shipping cost, not $262.
