No reaction to request of delivering of missing parts!

We have found on Amazon a black BERG Go-Kart BFR. According to description and pics it should be a Berg Gokart Black Edition BFR.
The delivery was even earlier, but it came just one instead of 2 boxes. So we´ve got just the frame of a Gokart without wheels, seat, plastic parts, etc...
It just has been visible after the order that not the official Bergshop on Amazon has been the seller, but Thystoys.
And Thystoys have not been reacting to requests for information for the delivery of the second box for several days now. Not via Email, not via the Amazon claiming tools.
It should have been a present for a child, but now it has been a desaster!

Horrible service!!!

Horrible service!!!! Never again!
We bought a playhouse via this site. Still not delivered. We called already couple times, seems that they lost the shipment and cannot find it...
I'm sitting already 2nd day at home waiting for it and again it's not coming...
Btw they don't ship with PostNL as it's said on the site but other transport company. And definitely you will not receive it the next day... We ordered on Thursday, today is Tuesday and still no sign of the package.
