Disappointing post-purchase experience

Disappointing post-purchase experience. No phone support, a very slow website that is challenging to use, and an unreasonable process to gift tickets. To change ticket names you must resell tickets to yourself, incurring undisclosed fees. The lack of upfront transparency and limited support make simple issues unnecessarily difficult. Would not have purchased if this was clear at checkout.

Not existing resell system

Bought a ticket for Budapest CS2 Major, getting close to the event I was unsure if I can attend at the MVM Dome so I put my ticket on sale through TicketFairy. They said it can be only resold through their system, but actually they never released a resell period, even though tickets were sold out 2+ months before the event. Fortunately I could attend at the event but if I couldnt I didnt have the chance to sell my ticket. Horrible company, hopefully for most of the events you can buy tickets through multiple companies so you dont have to choose them.

Just getting scammed by TicketFairy and Organiser

I bought three tickets via Ticket Fairy for “Infected Mushroom | Live in Cologne” (12 Sept 2024, Live Music Hall, Cologne). The show never took place.

I’ve been waiting for my refund for over a year. I filled in the organiser’s refund form back in 2024 and contacted the organiser (The Culture Collective) multiple times – no response at all, I’m being completely ghosted.

Ticket Fairy keeps sending the same template reply: they are “just the technology platform”, the money went to the organiser, and I should email them. The fact that this organiser is not responding and is not fulfilling their legal obligation to refund is simply ignored. Even after a detailed formal complaint with a clear deadline, I received nothing but a copy-paste answer.

This feels extremely unprofessional: the event is cancelled, the organiser disappears, and the ticket platform refuses to take any real responsibility or help its customers. For me: never again Ticket Fairy. I'm hoping you going to follow, if your money is worth to you.

The Timeless Summer Tour (2025) was…

The Timeless Summer Tour (2025) was cancelled. Couldn't get any money back. Almost $500 down the drain. It shouldn't be this hard. I will never buy any ticket from Ticket Fairy. I do not recommend Ticket Fairy.
