Ticket management for the show was good - no surprises. However I also bought parking and that was not available through ticketmaster - simply said not available. I only got an email the day before fr... See more

Purchase process is great! Cost is Not!
The ticket purchase process has always been easy for me. Very user-friendly.
The cost to get decent seats at the lower level (not interested in the floor at all) is becoming so costly!
We bought in the 300 level this time just to see what it was like because the cost was lower too. Hated being at that level. It's unfortunate that the cost is becoming a deterrent when choosing the concerts we'd like to attend.
Their live was awesome
Their live was awesome. And Scotiabank arena's music quality is so good. I definitely want to go to BMTH's next concert.
Staff were polite and helpful.
Worth your money!!
100% go see them if you get the chance!! The visualizers for this tour were phenomenal. I loved all the references to classic Playstation gaming, the setlist was solid and their stage presence was great. Kept me engaged the whole time. Oli's vocals live are also so rad! Even tho I was in seats which normally I get floor just was unable to for this one, I wasn’t even that bummed about being in seats for how good the show was. They clearly put in the work to make a good show
The show was great
The show was great - five stars but I got ripped off on parking I prepaid with ticket purchase. The parking ticket did not have a barcode (it was supposed to appear 3 days before show but never did), I called before leaving for show and was assured that that was not a problem. Well it was a problem, I ended up having to pay the $17 parking a second time.
It was one of a kind show
It was one of a kind show, we were thrilled!

It was great seeing Lewis back and in great form. Such a humble and genuine guy.
For selfish reasons I would have liked him to have performed for a little longer as most shows average 2 hours today.
Fees are too high
Fees are too high. Monopolies are unfair. The prompt for this review acts as if you provided the venue and the band. All you do is provide tickets at high prices.
Great band and great show
LEWIS FN’ CAPALDI BABY
The Lewis Capaldi show was amazing, awesome audio. Even though I was bummed to see his show was rescheduled (go Raptors) I managed to upgrade from Sec. 121 to floor 5 row 5 for $67. The process to upgrade was easy and the staff member was helpful.
Staff were wonderful the night of and all had smiles. Best concert experience of my life.

seating issue
We could not see well in the seats we purchased as there was a large speaker blocking our view and the stage was not high enough. We ended up moving over to some empty seats beside us which had better views or this experience would only get a 1 star. The singer was very good and talented though. Not to comfortable about the part where he grabs his crouch alot and the nude video they showed. So this venue is the issue for the most par. It was very poor seating for us.
No issues getting the seats I wanted
No issues getting the seats I wanted. In the past, as I’d be purchasing tickets, they’d disappear because someone else got the same ones.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! SO FRUSTRATING!!! Everything…can’t access the app then…
Everything…can’t access the app then get on MULTIPLE TIMES AND IT WOULD NOT ACCEPT PAYMENT EVEN USING DIFFERENT CREDIT CARDS 😵💫 EVEN TRIED USING ON GOOGLE AND DIDN’T WORK 😵
YOUR APP NEEDS TO BE FIXED, SERIOUSLY!!!!
Triumph Concert in Hamilton
The concert was absolutely perfection and exceeded our expectations. The TD Coliseum was a great venue to see a concert in and being in Hamilton allowed for easier access in and out and probably allowed the tickets to be more reasonably priced. The only issue I had was clarity on how to use the extra component to our ticket that gave access to the Club area.
The concert was great the band did…
The concert was great the band did amazing my problem was the fact that no one warned me when I purchased my tickets that there was hardly any view in that area of 211 at TD collasium? Like wtf I paid the same price as other people across the balcony the could see. I had a bar and glass wall that people kept standing at even though they were not meant to. Disappointed as this was a bucket list concert for my bf bday
