I would give them a negative value if possible. They are not trust worthy. Do not use them. Not only do they refuse to refund, but they send harassing (yes, it sounds crazy) emails, texts, & phone calls offering everything but a refund. I receive a fraud warning from my bank within minutes of using them; I cancelled the transaction for tickets was cancelled within 30 minutes once my bank notified me. Since then, they have been repeatedly sending messages & calls - not understanding that the transaction is cancelled. They refused to refund my money. They have a bad reputation & there is info on BBB - contact BBB in Delaware. There "office" address is in DELAWARE

I tried to order tickets to a Warner…
I tried to order tickets to a Warner Vineyard concert, as i scrolled through the choices, i could not find on the map where the seats were. I clicked on the front of the stage and found what i was lookin for, Nice seats 4th row. Perfect. What I didn't see was that the screen had taken me to a different venue and a different date, not until i got the after sale conformation did I see the mistake, TO BAD< SO SAD< TRY TO RE SELL THEM< ITS YOUR FAULT, NOT. OURS. went back and tried again, clicking on the front of the stage and was taken to the another venue, same concert, same date as the tickets i was sold. BEWARE THE SCAM. I tried to verify the the tickets before purchasing them but all they said was the band name, Anyone need tickets to Three Dog Night the 18th in Pennsylvania? cheap?
