Low Business Morals
I am not a fan of this site. It sets its online look to be the actual Venue instead of a Reseller of tickets. Then it promises a 100% guarantee on cancellations in big letters prevalently on its website then buries the the limitations of cancelations in its terms and conditions. They also advertise a phone number giving you confidence you can talk to a real person when in actuality you first reach a chat box. The chat box is useless but when done with you sends you on to a "Live Agent". Which in actuality appears to be AI or at the very least a person using AI to answer your question. In either case you cannot talk to a real live person. So again, another ploy at deception. They bank on customers giving up or limits placed deep within terms and conditions. Oh, did I mention they do all this while charging 2-3 times the ticket rates. Total professional scammers with low business morals.
