The company makes it extremely difficult to cancel reservations that are clearly within the time period to cancel. The small print also says that they can charge customers $25 to process the refund. My recommendation to others: Stick with other booking companies.

Love the $ savings indicator showing on search results.. Also have a couple suggested modifications to the search / result screens, if possible :
- when beginning a hotel search, the ‘destination’ box should auto-populate & remember previous city searches, so not needing to re-type beginning letters of wherever being searched.
- There may be a way I hadn’t seen yet, but upon hitting ‘Search Hotels’ button, the resulting list of places are sorted by a pre-default. There should be a way to save a preferred sort setting, such as always listing results by ‘Price: Low to High’

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. EVER. terrible experience. I booked a hotel room and then after they took my money they told me if I had to cancel I would have had to have done it YESTERDAY, and that if I cancel now I will lose 100% of my money. No where while booking the room did it say that until AFTER they charged my card and the reservation was complete. I will never use this service again and will tell every single person who has access to this service to do the same. Then after getting someone on the phone they repeated the policy to me about 5 times and even acknowledged how insane the policy was. They then told me that even if they wanted to refund me they couldn't because they have a "partner" that currently has my money and refused to inform me who the parter was...Yea, they refused to tell me who the people who are that currently have possession of my money. Then the supervisor acknowledged that she saw my screenshot via email of the missing terms and conditions but I still had to wait an additional 72 hours for a response AFTER she said the escalation team was already viewing the request. And after all that she still could not promise me the issue will be resolved. I would 100% take accountability if the terms and conditions were there, but they weren't. It's absolutely absurd and the nonsense excuse that I was given over the phone made zero sense. Do better, stop scamming people.

In January my husband and I booked a two night trip for April. Later I was diagnosed with a disease and have to have a procedure that will not allow me to travel on the booked dates. We were aware of the no cancelation policy so we called the hotel to see if we could just change dates. We did not request a refund at anytime! We were told to contact tickets at work they couldn't help. We did and explained the situation. They sent in a request and told us we would hear in 72 hours via email. We did and it stated the policy and said hotel said we should cancel but be aware there would be a $482.00 fee . That would be on top of what we already paid over 500.00. We immediately called tickets at work and told them we did not want to cancel just change dates due the my health issue. The girl was very nice and did another ticket stressing we just wanted to change the date. Once again we received another email that was a cline of the first one. We are so 😠 😡. We understand policy but where is your compation for people. We cannot go and the policy even says if we don't be charged we will also be charged the outrageous fee! Shame on you Doubletree by Hilton Charleston mount pleasant SC and tickets at work. Order#118055053

I had a very bad hotel experience. I mean BAD. The hotel said to reachout to TicketsAtWork. They have declined my refund request, and I’m appealing (Legit stains on the bed, not clean, no tp) I’m appealing but even then. It’s insane. We moved rooms and only 1 plug worked and it was still a dirty floor, it just astounded me.
Btw the “upgraded room” was not infact upgraded, we had spent a lot of time on the whole thing, they denied the second one so i’m just reporting them for uncleanly practices.

The last time I booked thru TicketsatWork I experienced a snowstorm and my flight was delayed due to the storm, I missed my flight and was unable to get to the hotel. I asked for a refund or a comp for a later date and was told no due to cancellation policy. Very upset. It was a unforeseen situation, room was already paid for, I feel I should have been compensated.

Beware when you book hotel through tickets at work. Althought you might receive an email from them confirming your reservation that indicates you do not need to pay anything at the hotel.. this may not be the case. I booked a hotel for one week and had a confirmation from tickets at work indicating $0 to be paid at hotel. Instead I was charged an extra $110 when I check out for hospitality fees? That is not transparent all other sites will say you have to pay extra fees at hotel or include it in the price. Not tickets at work.. You think you are getting a better rate but then get suprised by fees at the hotel.. Of course apparently they have a disclaimer buried somewhere in their terms and are now refusing to reimburse me for an inaccurate confirmation they sent me. no where on their confirmation email does it say confirm with the hotel if there are any additional fees etc.. VERY FRUSTRATING!!

Such a scam. Charged $15 in taxes and “fees”. It would have been cheaper to go directly through the attraction. Do not use

I purchased a flight ticket through the website, but the TicketsAtWork system did not record my purchase. I am also unable to locate the order in my order history. This is quite unusual.

I booked my round-trip ticket to Asia for myself and 3 others. When I found out that Sun Country cancel my orginal flight back home and moved us by 24 hours. I tried reaching out to Ticketsatwork via Email with no response. I then try to reach customer support, they had me on hold. And then when I was speaking to an agents, they hung up the phone on me. Its crazy to experience this type of experience and customer service. I would never work or book with Ticketsatwork again. I advised people who are looking for a third party to help with their travels is to stay away.

I've been using TicketsatWork for a few years now to purchase tickets for Walt Disney World. I save money by using promo codes I receive and with the Funlife points I accumulate, I get to save even more! Its easy to make a purchase and when I've run into a problem on occasion, their customer service has been top notch! Two thumbs up for TicketsatWorks.

I had a very FRUSTRATING experience with a digital gift card purchased through this platform.
The restaurant listed on the voucher refused to accept it. After contacting support, I was redirected to another location from their official list, which also refused the card and said they had been told to stop accepting these gift cards. I was then advised to go to a third place for a refund, where I was told they couldn’t help me either.
I spent a significant amount of time driving between locations and repeatedly explaining the situation to support, only to be sent in circles with no resolution.
What was sold as a valid digital gift card turned out to be unusable, and the burden of fixing the issue was placed entirely on me as the customer.
Very DISAPPOINTING experience. I would NOT RECOMMEND purchasing gift cards here.
