Signed up as recommended by a charity I work for but quickly realised it’s not for the type of events I want to visit but have been unable to delete my account - no one replies to emails and there’s no obvious way to delete the account.
Brought lots of tickets from here - always great deals! Also had an issue with tickets with Ticketmaster and they recently, they really tried to help (more than Ticketmaster!) and was sorted quickly.
I now go out every week thanks to tickets for good I get to shows that I could not even dream of getting to the customer service is excellent

I’ve already bought a few discounted tickets, including Peter Pan at the Barbican and rugby at Wembley. The prices are so good that my partner and I have been going out much more often than we normally would.
Scam, do not buy tickets from here as you don't get tickets.
Also no one replies to emails. No actual contact details. Worst it looks legitimate but is a total scam.
Signed up correctly with my work email, account stated it still needs verification- I had already click the email to verify.
Sent in my pay slip at 9am, it’s 17:45, no reply and the tickets are gone.

I booked 4 tickets to a Lancashire cricket game. It looks like your getting free tickets just pay a £2.95 booking fee for each ticket as a thank you for working for the NHS but all you get is a link to £10off full price of £30..
If you signed up for free to Lancashire cricket, tickets are Adults £21 children £5 anyway.

Great when all straightforward but impossible to conduct them when things go wrong. Paid but code didn’t work, theatre ignored emails and couldn’t help when rang, TFG impossible to contact. Booking fee lost as unable to get promised ticket.
