Very easy to purchase and make a claim
Very easy website to purchase. I wouldn’t go anywhere else after my husband injured his toe on our last trip and your Tick team rang us EVERYDAY to see if we needed anything etc They were absolutely amazing, with the relatively small amount we claimed being sent to us immediately ✔️✔️ Keep up the good work TICK TICK TICK

Fair and helpful
We’ve used Tick on several occasions now and found them helpful and reasonably priced. The website is easy to use and on the couple of times I’ve needed to call, they have been very thorough with their replies. Unfortunately, we have had to make a couple of claims and we found them to be fair and fast with the returns.

The assessment for insurance was very easy. Simple questions with a fast response. The cost of insurance was very reasonable and covered all the things we needed covered. We found the less expensive option worked best for us.
