Worst Experience in Deposit

Worst Broker I have ever used in Deposit, I have deposited Funds In Tickmill Account on 23rd Nov , today is 25th But still My FUNDS Not Credited to My account, Worst Customer Support Experience whenever I have contacted they giving same non-sense response, and there Support Email never reply I have mailed them twice on 23rd and 24th but still they haven't respond my mail yet.

Not a good forex trading platform

Not a good forex trading platform. Not easy to withdraw profit if you urgently needs it. In my experience I tried many times to withdraw trying to use GCASH where I use also to deposit but always denied. Tried other bank account but always denied ending up to lose money tired for denied withdrawal. Not trusted platform and broker. Beware of this website.

Been using Tickmill for 8 months now.

Been using Tickmill for 8 months now and overall it’s reliable. My Classic account works great for swing trades, but I would appreciate a third option between Classic and RAW with slightly lower spreads but no commissions.

Losing Trust in Tickmill

I’ve been using Tickmill for a long time. But problems with deposits and withdrawals seem to never go away. Even after 24 hours, my latest deposit hasn't been credited, and customer assistance has just provided repetitive, pointless responses. Despite previous issues, I continued to have faith in the platform, but I'm starting to doubt it now. Tickmill needs to stop testing the patience of its clients and take these issues seriously.

Worst Experience – Trade Delayed for 3 Minutes and Executed at Wrong Price!

I’ve traded with several brokers, but this experience with Tickmill was the worst so far.
My trade got stuck for 1–3 minutes before executing — by the time it finally went through, the price had already moved, and I was forced into a loss.

Tickmill blamed “liquidity provider issues” — but that’s not my problem.
I trade with Tickmill, not with their LP.
If their liquidity feed or system fails, the client should not have to pay for it.

A professional broker should take responsibility for execution delays and compensate the trader when the fault is clearly on their side.
In my case, the delay was confirmed in their own logs, yet they refused a refund.

Very disappointed with the lack of accountability.
If you value transparency and reliable execution, think twice before trusting this broker.

I am so disappointed in tickmill

Previously I gave a 5-star review for execution speed and fast withdrawal, but I was so mistaken. I got a deposit bonus from tickmill but now I can't transfer my funds to my dollar account and I also can't withdraw any of my funds. I sent several emails to different support email addresses, and the app support said 24h but it has been more than 24h with no email responses and I am still not able to withdraw my funds. I am so disappointed in tickmill, because I have been using their services for years and I refused to use another broker, but after this recent experience, I simply don't trust them anymore.

I've also been having a lot more success on demo than I have live with exactly the same trading tools and conditions and usually gold spread never went over 0.7, but lately the spread has been widening like crazy and I have been experiencing so much negative slippage trading live. When I asked the app support about this issue, they just sent me some.generic response and when I clarified my questions, they just kept telling me to "read up to what they just said".

Tickmill is just not what it used to be anymore and I unfortunately can't keep recommending that people use their services after I've clearly seen a decline in their support, the quality of their services, and their care for faithful clients.

Title: Tickmill cancelled my $7,500 profit unfairly after the market moved in my favour

Description:
I deposited $1,500 in my Tickmill account and placed a trade according to the market conditions and the leverage provided by the broker.
The market moved strongly in my favour, and my profit reached around $7,500.

If the trade had gone against me, Tickmill would never have returned my loss — but since I made a profit, they immediately claimed "suspicious trading" and cancelled my profit. They closed my account and only returned my initial deposit.

If Tickmill had any issue with my trading, they should have closed my trade on Friday. But they waited until Monday, when the market gap worked in my favour, and only then decided to cancel my profit.

This is completely unfair and unprofessional. I request that my full profit be restored and a clear explanation be provided for this action.

I would like to report a serious issue I just experienced with my BTC/USD trade.
All other platforms (including TradingView and other brokers) have clearly shown that the price reached my Take Profit level.
However, the Tickmill platform completely froze during that time, and my chart stopped updating.
Because of this platform freeze, my TP was not triggered, and the trade is still open. If this continues, it may even hit my Stop Loss, which would be completely unfair since the market already reached my target level.
Please investigate this issue urgently and check the execution data for my account.
I can provide screenshots from TradingView and the frozen Tickmill chart if needed.

The customer support is slow. Disappointing.

The customer support is slow. I urgently need to reset my password and google authentication service. But the customer service staff cannot support. I will need to wait for the account manager to call me. I had waited for more than 5 hours without a call. Disappointing.

Withdrawing funds

I Made a withdraw because i wanted to leave the platform and my withdraw my funds and I cant trace the withdraw and cant get the customer service to answer my request.

"I opened an account with Tickmill company and received a $30 bonus. After trading and making a profit, I requested to withdraw my profit. Despite the fact that I had followed all the company's rules before working on the account, they closed my account under the pretext of not answering phone calls and refused to give me my own profit. Although they had contacted me via email (and I had informed them they could call me again ), they never called. So, they used this as an excuse not to give me my profit.

Moreover, their employees are very negligent in responding. For every email, you have to repeat your entire story so they don't misunderstand you by mistake.

They are truly untrustworthy because they change the rules whenever it suits their own interests."

Unstable spread

Bad experience using Tickmill. Unstable spread that cause stop loss. Didn't reply my email when I request tick history or spread data for that timestamp. If a broker is unable to provide tick history, it should be considered a potential red flag.

Tickmill is a robber

Tickmill is a robber! Do not ever transfer you money to tickmill!
I transfer $500 to tickmill. When I decided to withdraw, tickmill won't allow me. I need to make a min of $800.
If I do not have $800, Tickmill is definitely not going to return my money!
Do not use Tickmill. They are robber!

By the way, they have a number of excuses. First the support told that I cannot withdraw my money if I do not have $650 and above.
Now, the system has block me from withdrawing if I do not have $800.
