I ordered a wall clock for the outside. It arrived well protected in 3 days,Has worked well ever since. I put a battery in it - No problems with it, at the moment.

Ordered the Marylebone Station Outdoor Wall Clock with Thermometer 20cm. Web said it was in stock but it was not - after a delay we did get it. Should have looked at the reviews and scores before using this company - only 50% seem satisfied. The clock ordered is okay but the bracket is plastic and quite flimsy. It is not as the pictures on the web which indicate it is a fixed clock to the bracket so it will not blow in the wind. It is in fact is a hook on as the box it arrived in clearly shows. Perhaps the pictures on the web are of an older or different model. Would not have ordered if had known it was a hook on as it will move in the wind and bracket will bend in wind too as its only plastic. All in all not a good buy but too much hassle to send back. Pity I could not find one in a shop/garden center.

Just a nice looking clock, however needed to paint big hand full length and hour hand quarter length in white paint to be able to read time clearly, but very pleased.

Quick delivery and the clock was well packaged. Just the right size for the outside wall of the kitchen chimney breast. Looks great and so far keeps good time

Found a garden clock that was advertised on this website (ticktock clocks) thought it would look nice in my garden. Ordered it and paid extra for express delivery (48hrs) as I wanted it ASAP. So one day after ordering I received a email to say it wasn't in stock and they were waiting for a delivery. No mention of it being out of stock when I placed the order. No mention when I paid extra for express delivery. So 7 days later and still no clock
Sent them 2 emails regarding my dissatisfaction. Just a short reply back to say it's on it's way. Wouldn't use or recommend this company what so ever. I'd give it zero stars if I could.

Great price compared to other sellers - beautiful looking clock, very pleased

The clock was expensive/overpriced for what I received, clock face looked good in the pictures but was terrible quality. The mechanism protuded out of the back of the clock meaning it would not sit flush on the wall. This is not evident in the pictures. Difficult to leave a review. My review when through a moderation process. Not sure if it was posted on the website. Returning the item was at my expense, which is explained but I did not expect to return the clock thanks to the misleading reviews on the website. Probably worth buying a cheap clock from them, otherwise would look elsewhere.

Reasonably priced and good delivery times. When it’s needed, good Customer Service is essential and in this case I was very happy with the response I got from this company when the clock I received developed a fault and was replaced with no hassle. New clock working fine.

My large wall clock arrived promptly but did not work due to damaged hands and spindle. Probably the work of Parcelforce. "Fragile" labels count for nothing. After a couple of quick emails and photos a replacement was immediately dispatched by overnight delivery. Excellent friendly customer service. Can't be faulted but probably best to find another courier.

For anyone considering buying a clock from Ticktockclocks, this is just to reassure you that not only did the small travel clock by 'Roger Lascelles' inside a pink leather case ( I'd ordered it for my wife ) arrive safely and very well packaged within just a day or two of being ordered but it contained a battery and now that it is up and running, it keeps immaculate time.
