tictactime repayment

I've made an return in the beging of November of one watch Diesel, 239 euros. The company sent me a message in 14/11 telling me that they received the watch and that they will provide the payment back. But so far nothing has happened .And so far has not been made ​​repayment in credit card of 239 euros Diesel watch. I have sent several messages to customer service but have not gotten answers. How long does it take to refund??? Is over a month since the order was returned in the address and welcomed by them. I think it's a bit disrespectful not report anything, nor do the refund. I don't have the watch , nor have the money and their service not being the best. I await response quickly. And I need my money back. What else can I do?

DISHONEST TIMEWASTING MONEY GRABBING

Ordered a G-Shock and was lied to about it being sent out, they couldn't provide a tracking number and said that the delivery company made a mistake! This was after about a week after my due delivery date. I took it in my own hands and contacted the courier to find out nothing was in bound to my delivery address. Luckily, I had paid by PayPal who protected the buyer and issued a refund.

Also they are NOT located in the UK - for any potential buyers you should know this.

You can find better G-Shock deals on Amazon and eBay. Also try Nigel O Hara - great prices and fast delivery.

I would rather of had the truth that the watch was out of stock or they listed something that was not in stock, etc. Rather than be lied to. Totally dishonest and untrustworthy.

Broken item within 1 month, still waiting after 3 months.

I ordered a Ted Lapidus DH51035N bracelet (464105) and within 1 month of wearing it the logo dropped of. They are now repairing it, which is a good thing. However, I have 0 confidence in the quality of this €100 bracelet and would rather have my money back but they refuse to do that. I thought a 100€ bracelet would also mean more quality, but this is just crap. Basicly I wasted 100 euro's.

Update: Since I had to send the item back, it had cost me €9,50 because I did not get an email they would have the mailcompany (TNT Express) call me. I emailed TicTacTime and they said they would refund this money. After that they said they would refund me a discount for the discomfort I am going through with this 100 euro bracelet. I asked how much this would be and in response they said this would be the €9,50 packagecosts. Are you serious? Thats not a discount, that is refunding mailcosts.

Update: 3 Months later.

I am still waiting for my product worth 100 euro's.. no response and nobody seems to care. I will never ever buy from this company again and I will advise everyone not to do so.

Took too much money, said they weren't paid than cancelled

BEWARE BUYING FROM TICTACTIME IN CASE YOUR EXPERIENCE IS SIMILAR TO MINE (too much money taken from my account even when I was told that they had not received my payment; watch never posted, unsatisfactory responses to many reasonable emails, expected to wait for weeks to have resolution).


I ordered a watch from the Tictactime website at 8am on 11th July paying in full by Mastercard with delivery expected on 15th July. This was to be a present required for 17th July.

I attempted to track the purchase on the Tictactime website but, as there was no movement, I then contacted Tictactime and also contacted my bank.

I have now phoned Tictactime 4 times, emailed at least 20 times and posted letters to both TV Distrinet (parent company) and Tictactime (Lille). This has taken a lot of my time.

I discovered that;

1. They charged me €360.71 when the purchase price agreed was less.

2. They stated on 17th July “Banque Populaire n'a pas été en mesure de valider votre transaction”. This was untrue as my Bank confirmed the money was requested on 11th July and was available from that date until the transaction was completed on 15th July.

3. I provided the “Authorisation Code” and an electronic document from my Bank verifying payment.

4. Tictactime claim not to have received my payment are to arrange a refund while also cancelling the order?

5. Their failure to deliver the present despite it being in stock and payment made has resulted in embarrassment and additional expense.

6. Their poor service has resulted in the waste of considerable time and expense (mostly by me).

I had some initial concerns that this is a hoax, scam or fraud but still believe that company has not appreciated the difficulty and stress this has caused.

I believe that Tictactime could demonstrate an understanding for this ordeal by offering a meaningful discount however, they just advise me to order again. After nearly 2 weeks the Customer Service team have not yet brought this to the attention of their management. As of 21 July Tictactime tell me the Manager is on holiday but should reply by the end of the month at the latest.

Without evidence of Tictactime’s understanding, I wish to bring this alarming experience to the attention of others through the FIA-net.com and other Consumer organisations.

I have done all that was asked of me in this process and still have found that I paid too much, didn’t get the watch and now am offered a refund when Tictactime say they didn’t take my money.

I have tried to bring this to an amicable conclusion and I believe such a major French retailer, successful across Europe, would attract more custom from me and other consumers if the customer service was fair and reasonable.
