Angelie (Anjeli) oder wie sie heißt…
Wir waren heute dort. Sie hat mich (ich bin eine erwachsene Frau) angeschrien! Ich habe sie höflich gefragt, warum meine Kinder den Sprungpool verlassen sollen, obwohl es noch nicht 15 Uhr ist.
Dabei war sie extrem aggressiv und hat mich angeschrien. Ich habe gesagt: „Ich habe doch nur gefragt – warum schreien Sie so?“
Sowas gehört bitte nicht irgendwohin wo Kinder ihren Spass haben sollen ..

Ungenauigkeit bei Abrechnung und Ignoranz gegenüber Kundenanliegen

Die Sekretärin hat ursprünglich für fünf Personen berechnet, aber wir waren nur zu viert. Nachdem ich die Rechnung erhalten hatte, habe ich der Sekretärin mitgeteilt, dass wir zu viert waren. Sie sagte mir, dass ich mein Geld per E-Mail zurückerhalten könne, jedoch hat sich niemand um meine E-Mail gekümmert. Daraufhin habe ich meine Erfahrung in Google Maps bewertet. Allerdings wurde meine Bewertung in Google gelöscht.
