Tigerpens 

I have bought my pens here for 6 years, I make handmade signs and gifts and I hand write on every piece. Over the years I have never been disappointed not only were the prices unbeatable the items were spot on. The delivery of items were guaranteed to arrive a day or two before the estimated date. I see from recent reviews that customers are upset over not getting items or receiving the wrong items. Over the years I have never seen any negative reviews about the company. Probably not through any fault of the management but as all businesses are struggling due to our economy I am sad to see they have been struck off on the London gazette. I don’t know how or why but it’s such a shame to not have a trusted retailer to go to and not spend a fortune. I hope all customers get their items and issues resolved. However if a company has been closed and not on a voluntary basis. The goods have been used to pay of debts all customers details will have been removed. So it may not be a case of someone ripping customers off. It may be a case they can’t get in touch to let you know what happened. Everyone is so quick with negative comments. If people just seen it from the owners of the company’s point. It’s sad to think they may have not only lost a business but their homes. Etc. (Just pointing out that negativity gets us no where)
I am personally going to have to go through months of trying to find a good stockist of pens. I know I will now have to pay double

I've tried to contact TP on phone, as I can't locate their website.
It does appear, they are no longer selling as a business.

It appears that this company has gone out of business. Their website cannot be reached and when I phoned them recently regarding stock, they said they would not be replacing certain items which were out of stock.

It’s been 2 weeks since I placed an order on this website. I’ve still not received my items. The company never answers the phone it’s associated with, they have not responded to any of my emails with regards to my order. Used to have a good experience shopping here, now would avoid entirely.

They sent me a wrong size of pen and never replied to me when asking why. I live of my drawings and need exactly what I bought. I tryed to contact them on Facebook and all they did was blocking me ! Very rude and disredpectful for a returning customer ! I never got an answer from them ! Don't buy from this site !

I have used tigerpens about 3 times now and have always received excellent service. If you don't order too late, your order is usually dispatched that day 1st class. Excellent, the only place I like to buy my Copic markers

I've placed many different orders with Tigerpens now, and each has arrived well packaged, and on time. They have a great selection of pens and pencils that you simply can't find in the shops.

customer service telling me never placed an order and no moneys was taking from my account, wen it was shocking as was a Christmas present i would not use as are conmen simply out of order.

I'm a novice fountain pen fan and have placed two orders from Tiger Pens as their prices are phenomenal.

The first pen I bought was a Lamy Al-Star, and their prices are most definitely cheaper than anyone else I've found in the UK. The pen is gorgeous, has a medium nib and I bought some black cartridges. The order was despatched the same day I placed my order, was packaged well, received the following day (wow!) and there was clear communication throughout (order acknowledgement, order despatch, etc.).

I placed a second order also for a Lamy fountain pen, this time the Vista. I wanted an EF nib instead of the other options, and gave them a call. They were extremely helpful, made the swap for me, I placed my order. It was despatched the same day and received the following day. Same thing - well packaged, despatched and received quickly, and I am thrilled.

With so many companies out there doing the same thing, competition is tough. Tiger Pens prices are the cheapest by far. Free shipping to the UK on orders over the value of £10.00, and brilliant customer service. You cannot go wrong.

I am a fan of fountain pens. I have a good collection of vintage pens. I wanted some glittering inks for my Oblique Broad & Double Broad Fountain pens. I ordered some from Tiger Pens. The inks are ofcourse amazing but the service of Tiger Pens is worth mentioning. It has been great through out. Fast post, confirmation of order, made me think that I must recommend this company to friends and family. I could give it 5 stars but I was expecting a followup email and a "thankyou" email as the "Cult Pen" does. I ordered similar 3 inks from cult pen and got a little extra satisfaction.

I have bought my favorite pens at the shop a few times. Every time everything has gone complete smooth ... and I like that :-)

I've never drawn with brush pens, so I needed to try out a variety of pens. They do not sell the pens in my country, Denmark, so I looked after internet shops in England, because it's the closest and would apparently be the cheapest with portage.

So ... they had all kinds of brush pens. I have never seen so many on a pen website, and the prices were really low. I ordered four different. And I just took the slow "overseas" delivery to Denmark, that could take up to 3 weeks.

But I got the pens after just 4-5 days. Really good. The pentel pocket brush was really great, two othe pens would give ink properky, I just thought that it was bad luck and some of the money was lost. But the Tigerpens asked for feedback in an email.

Ah, ok, well, then I can tell about the two defective brush pens. I did, and a few days later they reached, asked if I wanted new pens instead or a refund. I asked for refund and a few days later the money was on my account, even though it was an international transfer.

So I am really satisfied, because it was so fair.

I'll definitely use them again.

I placed an order on Tiger Pens over a month ago. Last week I contacted them since I still had not received the goods. I only got a response to check my local post office if they had lost it. I did it and contacted Tiger Pens again but never got an answer. They just completely decided to ignore all my emails. I've been shopping online couple a times a week for several years and never have encountered such terrible customer service.

Bottom line: don't order anything from Tiger Pens. If you really want to place the order there, use tracked delivery because trust me, you really don't want to deal with the customer service there if the package gets lost.

I purchased a pen recently, and I was amazed at the speed of delivery, even though the distance of the delivery location from the UK is considerable. I am very pleased with their online order tracking service, and the packaging of the item. I will be glad to shop from them again in the future. Highly recommended sellers.

My pens, arrived next day - with free delivery. Very happy.

Ordered item on 14 March and they are still not sent from tigerpens yet, although they withdrew money for more than 10 days ago. no mail from them only one reply after I contacted them last week when they said they would send the goods

Ordered 6 pens and delivered the next day. Prices are the cheapest around and only other place I can find similar were Ryman where you need to buy in bulk to match the those prices.

Delivery is free if £10+ order so very reasonable.

V impress and will be buying from them again.
