Went to the bracknell store last week to choose some tiles. The whole team there were very efficient, friendly and offered great advice. Went back today to pick up my order. Fantastic service again especially from Terry who even carried my tiles out to the car. Great service and would highly recommend them.

I ordered my tiles online and had quite a surplus, which I wanted to return for a refund. I was so impressed with the service both over the phone with the customer service team and in-store at Peterborough, in particular Branch Manager Barnaby Chambers who could not have been more helpful and accomodating. What I had assumed would be a slow, complicated process was sorted that very same day.

Excellent service from Paul and Tracey at South Shields Tile Giant when I bought laminate flooring. Paul is very knowledgeable and the whole team are very helpful.
They emailed me a quote and I was able to pay via a link that they sent, and delivery was arranged to my home, all of which was very convenient.

Memeber of staff recommend a local takeaway... it was horrific. Tile deal was really good tho

The staff Terry, Felipe and Dylan at Tile Giant Sutton were very helpful and friendly when I went to the store to look for mosaics and metal trim on 14th and 20th September. I would certainly recommend anyone to visit the store and ask for assistance.

Had a very good experience from Shaun at the Macclesfield branch of Tile Giant. He was very helpful and went the extra mile regarding the possible early delivery of my order. Very knowledgeable of not only tiles but how much fix and grout I would need to complete my job. No hesitation at all of recommending this store. Well done

Just had the best service in South Shields branch by Paul. We bought all our tiles here previously and when we needed just a few for behind a little sink to cover the damage to the wall he let me have some display tiles that were going to be binned. What a star!!! I renovate properties so his kindness just got your company repeat business going forward. Thanks Paul you made my day !!!

Always shop around at least three competitors.
For the identical tiles, adhesive and trim Tile Giant Macclesfield Cheshire were a huge 50% cheaper than a certain well known company.
And such great customer service from Lee. 10/10

Could not be happier with the service I received at the Crewe shop. Ordered some pencil tiles, which I couldn't get anywhere else. Spot on, would definitely be using them again and would definitely recommend.

I visited Tile Giant in South Shields while I was in the area and I’m so glad I called in. Paul helped me with all I needed and answered all of my questions, he even gave me a brief lesson on how to tile and I came away with everything I needed and the confidence to tile a fireplace hearth myself.
He really went above and beyond and I would recommend tile giant to anyone because of it.
The tiles arrived quickly and tile giant itself has a fantastic range of tiles. Very impressed.
