I visited Tile Giant in Ormskirk the staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgable. They provided several sample tiles for me to try at home as I was undecided for the best match in my kitchen. Ordering was super easy and they contacted me as soon as the tiles arrived .

I visited the Whetstone Tile Giant and was served by Micky. She could not have been more helpful and informative. I did not in the end buy anything but Micky was amazing and cut a few tiles for me, for home repairs. With service like that I would definitely go back and look forward to it.

I had been looking for tiles for my bathroom and dropped by the store in Sutton Coldfield, I didn’t have measurements but saw a lovely tile even better than my sample and on sale!

The staff were so helpful, I was able to call back and then when I popped back they calculated the quantity, we’re so patient when I botched the measurement's triple checked. If everyone’s customer service was this good we’d all be happier

I ordered some tiles from the romford branch and was helped by a really nice man called Steve. He was really helpful and went above and beyond when the tiles were not in stock, calling me and making alternative arrangements to go to another store to collect when they were in. There were a few issues but he stayed in touch emailing me and letting me know how things were progressing. When i went to pick up my tiles from the Rayleigh branch, Steve was not at work however he had left a note with staff to say that I would be coming in.
Staff at the branch were very helpful and polite and kindly loaded my car for me.

It was a pleasure to deal with Steve, he was extremely helpful and went out of his way to keep in touch so i wasnt left wondering how things went with my order. He was polite, friendly and ensured that my past dealings with other stores were not reflected in this experience.

Having been let down by a supplier I made a panicked call to Tile Giant just after 9am on a Monday morning and my choice of tiles was located within minutes and the order arrived 24 hours later. Customer service, absolutely second to none.

What a fantastic experience yesterday when I went in. Chris and Jack were so helpful, polite and knowledgeable with all the questions I had. highly recommend this place. Will definitely be revisiting.

The manager Ian and his team were so helpful and kind. They went out of their way to make sure I could get the product that I needed within a tight time frame. Communication was 10/10. I can't recommend them enough. Thank you guys :)

Tiles are lovely and although delivery was a bit late I give Tile Giant 5 stars for the lovely Matthew in customer services who gave timely answers to my queries and was really helpful when i wasn't' sure what had happened to our delivery. He went above and beyond and it really makes so much difference when you are doing renovations and trying to coordinate many different moving parts. Thanks Matthew!

I had a damaged delivery. I contacted customer services, and was dealt with by Taylor. I was treated with professionalism and respect. The replacement item was delivered on time and perfectly wrapped. I definitely recommend Tile Giant.

So I wrote a review a couple of weeks ago about refusal to refund 6 boxes of tiles we purchased at end of November. As stated we spent around 1400 for tiles and grout but the builder over estimated the amount we needed. When I tried to return the tiles early January they refused to refund. I was told to call head office which I had to do about 5 times before I received a call to say they will not give me a refund. My plumber couldn’t believe it as other stores refund months later. Be very wary of this company

Eamonn and Daouda were amazing provided great service and dedication, in an environment that is not conducive to either shopping or working.
Its disturbing to see employees having to work in these cold conditions.

Fantastic service every single time

I'm a new customer and ordered these specific tiles online, as there are no branches local to me. I only need 4 as it is for a splashback, but the minimum order was for 8. It cost almost as much for the shipping as the product and you can imagine how pleased I was, almost a week later, when only 1 tile was delivered. Not least because someone had gone to an extradinary amount of effort, to pack a single item. You couldnt make it up.

Staff are very helpful, Tile Giant at Christchurch are our go to supplier because of this and the the fact that they supply the right goods at the right price, we have used them for many years, well done

Went in to get some materials for my bathroom. Mike and Mic where both really helpful and gave us some really good advice. They also went the extra mile in helping us get the materials in the car.

Went to the showroom in Whetstone in north London and a young man called Jake came over and was very helpful, he went through various options and gave us a lot of his time very patient salesman and enjoyable experience
