I've used cheltenham store for many many years now.
The staff have always been nothing short of fantastic! Always going out there way!
But for a while now the shops stock has been shocking! Never having what I need witch is causing me to shop at other stores.
And this isn't just me but alot of other traders have told me the same. Hopefully this isue can be resolved and go back to how it was before.

South Shields branch, faultless service from Paul. Very helpful, gave me some excellent advice. Bought some lovely floor tiles which are exactly what I was looking for. Great price and excellent customer service. I will go back and would highly recommend.

Just uplifted my tiles from the Coatbridge store and cant thank Tommy enough. He gave me advice on the type of tiles that I needed, answered loads of daft questions from me and helped my load the tiles into my car. First class service.

Ricky at Romford branch is very helpful, pleasant and is very knowledgeable about tiles .
He has outstanding communication skills and is a credit to Tile Giant
They also do some lovely tiles too.

Visited the Brixton Tile Giant store on Tuesday this week and was pleasantly surprised with the friendly helpful staff. Think one was called Jay but didn’t get the Managers name. Only downside was the freezing store. I would have stayed longer but I told the staff my knees were chattering! Can’t believe the staff have to work in such conditions. The store is technically a ‘showroom’ with warehouse conditions. Sort out the heating and it will be a much better experience for customers, and the staff alike.

Always very helpful with a great range available.
Staff always very keen to help and advise.

I have recently visited the Brixton branch and although the service from the staff was exceptional the store experience was awful!
The store looks tired and run down as if it is closing down. The floor tiles are old and mostly broken, the shelves and pallets were virtually empty and it was absolutely freezing too.
I am a tiler and would normally suggest to clients that they have a look for products at this branch but I feel it would be a bad reflection on both myself and Tile Giant to to do that present.

Peter is friendly to support and ordered us to inform the text when you collect. He is lovely. I would highly recommend it to you all. Thank you for your helper. Lea

I went into your Rayleigh branch, looking for ideas for bathroom tiles, to go with a bath panel colour. The two guys were a great help and i managed to find what i was looking for. They worked how many square metres to cover my bathroom and i made the purchase.

After starting a project a couple of years back, I needed more tiles. Unfortunately, the Middlesbrough branch has closed and our nearest shop was Durham. Kieran didn't have the tile but he spent time ringing around to source what we needed and contacted us when he was successful. Top marks Kieran!
We travelled to South Shields where the team there had spent time going through their stock to make sure we had boxes (10) from the same batch. Well done Michael and the team!

I was taken care of by an assistant (Paul) who in my opinion went above and beyond to help me out with some great advice and a step by step explanation of what I needed to do and purchase.

Went in to the rayleigh weir store over the weekend with my wife and young son and needed to get some tiles to spruce up my nan's bathroom and safe to say I couldn't be happier with the choice made! Roy the manager was so helpful, he helped us pick a tile within our budget and even helped us work out all the measurements to ensure we got the right amount (with a bit extra for waste) once we were all paid up he even helped load our car for us! Couldn't of asked for a better experience would definitely shop here again!!!!

Sean has been wonderful and very helpful.
I saw a floor tile that I just loved but it was out of stock. Sean kept a very close eye on the restock and after confirming that the stock had arrived at the main depot, he called me immediately and processed the order promptly. I cannot thank him enough as I had set my heart on this tile and thought I would have to get something else.
