Great company- delivered on time. One tile obviously broken before we had actually touched them - photographed and advised them. A few more broken ones found as tiling commenced but time mountain have arranged replacements very quickly

Floor tiles ordered and delivery…
Floor tiles ordered and delivery scheduled for a Friday, haulage company rang Friday to say they had a problem so agreed to deliver on Saturday. Saturday nothing, numerous calls to both carrier and Tile Mountain but only received a call back mid afternoon to say will not be delivered and they would try for Monday but maybe Tuesday. What a total shambles. My opinion is do NOT order from Tile Mountain.

Quality Flooring
I received the grey marble tile effect LVT, it’s got underlay on the bottom of each panel,
The flooring is very robust and high quality, the fitting was easy when you set it out correctly.
I was really impressed with this flooring snd I have now ordered the oak effect for my kitchen and dining room.
I have fitted all types of flooring through my career as a joiner and this is by a mile the best I have ever used,
10/10 for me!

First class service from start to finish
First class service from start to finish. I had ordered samples which were dispatched the same day and delivered very quickly. I thereafter ordered my tiles, which were very reasonably priced, and spoke to customer services, (sorry I forgot to take a note of their name) who were really lovely and obliging and arranged delivery for the next day. The tiles were delivered by Valentino who was really helpful, friendly and professional and he put the pallet on the spot on my driveway where I wanted them. There were six tiles broken in transit (which is to be expected with being a fragile item) and after sending a photo of these whilst they were still on the pallet together with a photo of the batch number replacement tiles were dispatched by Jordan (Jord S) the same day. This is the first time using Tile Mountain and I will most certainly use them again. Excellent service and highly recommended.

Paid for next day delivery
Paid for next day delivery. Carrier used failed to do this, I had to wait for 5 days for tiles. The company did not offer me any compensation. They should use a company who can actually provide what Tile Mountain customers expect. In addition, when I finally got my product, two tiles were broken in the box..
