Tilers World 

A brilliant company .so helpful phoned up because I was trying to find another 2 packs of tiles .they had them I ordered on-line they phone to say about batch number to see when I had got my other tiles which they didn’t know how much shade difference would be . I had a email to say they was dispatched.such a helpful company I wished I knew about them before I ordered my other tiles they was cheaper . The company who delivered was just brilliant they brought the tiles in so would definitely use tilers world again less then 24 hours from Newcastle to essex excellent 😊

Purchased similar tiles from elsewhere and they were all water damaged/damp! Luckily got them refunded and purchased from here praying they wouldn't be the same but over the moon with the quality of the tiles, each were individually wrapped and no issues whatsoever!

Just ordered kitchen tiles from tilers-world and spoke to Patrick. What a really helpful man, gave fantastic advice, friendly and knowledgeable. Only just ordered them and will be here in just under 2 days.....brilliant

What can I say apart from a excellent company! Tiles came straight away & on receipt of them I discovered that some was broken as they was glass mosaic. I emailed the company with photos of the broken tiles & the next day I had received a new set to replace the broken ones. Never have I came across a company to act so quickly! I definitely wouldn’t hesitate to use Tilers-World again or recommend them.

Fantastic company to deal with, Patrick is very helpful and a credit to a great value and service business, I will definitely shop here again.

What a great company! I deal with many orders every day and it is a pain to get any updates from some online purchases. This company really stands out! Not only they did call me within 3 minutes after I placed order to give me update on delivery date but they also sent pdf. invoice with no need to chasing it! Super easy transaction and I can highly recommend :)

Cannot fault Tilers world;
I ordered the tiles I had chosen on-line & awaited their arrival.
I received a phone call a very short time after ordering - explaining that the tiles were not jet black but more an anthracite colour & asked if I wanted to be sent a sample first. I was also asked what day I would like to receive them the earliest being in 2 days time - which I elected
I went with my gut instinct & went ahead with the order - 2 days later the tiles arrived. - They look absolutely great.
In the present climate with Covid 19 - getting a delivery within 2 days is exceptional - Well done & Thank you

2nd time I have ordered from this company & coincidentally both times right on the cusp of going into a national lockdown. They could not be more helpful in getting the materials that I want/need to keep my house renovations on the move in these crazy times, even suggesting alternatives that have saved me money & ensured that my project stayed on track.
