I had such a fantastic experience with Tiles Direct thanks to Debs. She went above and beyond to make the process stress free, taking the time to understand exactly what I needed and arranging a quote that was tailored specifically for me. Nothing was too much trouble. She was so helpful, patient, and accommodating throughout. It’s rare to find such genuine customer care, and Debs made me feel completely looked after. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Tiles Direct, and I’ll certainly be returning in the future.

Ordered mosaic tiles when they arrived were totally the wrong shade, nothing like the pictures shown. Paid £40 postage for a small package. I then had to pay to return the tiles and they charged a further 10% of the order value to re shelve them! In total I Paid £48 postage for £30 worth of tiles. Would not recommend!

Fantastic service so far, ordered numerous samples over the past few weeks. Service has been fantastic easy to communicate with and I am confident with proceeding with an order plus the prices are amazing

A load of tiles were broken on the order i recieved yesterday. I get this will happen. Upon calling them i was told i need to send photos showing each invividual broken tile, and they won't send out those tiles i can see are broken now, and any others required which are discovered next week when the tiles need to be moved, only in one lot requiring me to open and check every single tile now. They also refused to take away the packs of broken tiles. Whilst they are cheap, so is their service and business practice. I won't be using them again and i would suggest others avoid them too.

Might be the best tile company in the UK but I don't know because every time I pressed a Google shopping link it kept going to a chat bot.

Before I placed my order I asked how much they had in stock. I need 40sqm they said they have 70sqm, so I placed my order. On a day of assumed delivery I got email saying that my tiles are out of stock and I can choose something else. I responded to that immediately and said I was told they have 70sqm in stock. Had to wait for response 2 days, and I all got “sorry we have limited stock of the tile”. Since they I sent plenty of emails all ignored. Really shocked by lack of communication and customer service.

Tiles-Direct were easy to contact for stock check and Debs was fantastic!! She helped guide us on how to fast track our lastminute order and actioned this with the warehouse… 2 days later we should recieve our mosaics for a disability bathroom :)

I have made several orders for samples - choosing tiles is a minefield!
I realised my first few ordered were going to my old address (no idea how this auto filled)
I emailed and got a response within minutes from Debs, who amended/redispatched my orders with no fuss at all.
Very happy!

Great service from tiles direct, few tiles were damaged in transit but tiles direct replaced them with no issues within a few days.

I had a great experience with Tiles Direct. Debs helped me with my order and was so helpful throughout. The delivery charge was originally £39, but because my order was small, I contacted them and Debs quickly arranged to reduce it to just £10. She was quick to reply and made the whole process smooth and easy. Excellent customer care – highly recommend!

Dreadful chat bot on this website. It really is doing you no favours whatsoever

The tiles we ordered were great value and delivery was very quick - ordered on Friday, arrived on Monday.

We discovered a few breakages on delivery but these were easily and quickly replaced without issue. Would definitely use this company again.

Great tiles, just what I needed, in the perfect quantity. I thought it would be too smaller of an order but no problems there...

The automatic delivery charge of £39 was a little excessive but it was swiftly dealt with by Debs who confirmed they would send me a refund of a reasonable amount for the delivery. Just a shame it doesn't calculate accurate delivery costs at the point of sale.

Really happy with tiles direct. The quality of the product is great and the customer service is top notch (thanks to Debs). Would recommend them and use them again.
