Very quick and responsive.

Having been let down by another company who only told me only after I'd paid that they didn't have stock I found Tiles360 when looking for an alternative supplier. Ordered some samples which came quickly and found a tile that was even better than the original tile I'd ordered. Placed order and delivery was prompt. The tiles went up yesterday and are stunning. My only criticism is the £45 delivery fee for just 3 small boxes of tiles.

Really happy with the tiles and service I received- super easy to get updates on your order/always got a quick response when using the live chat on website. Would definitely buy from here again. Delivery is expensive that’s the only downside

I sent for a sample of your tiles which I received on time

First purchased over £400 pounds worth of tiles which was free shipping which is fair enough. The wife decided that she wanted a little extra doing around the window cill etc. So I needed to order 2 more boxes of the wall tiles, placed my order for 2 boxes and I was charged £45.00 to deliver them which is a ridiculous cost. I was happy with the tiles but I wouldn’t order again because of this high cost for extras. They should show this more clearly on the website.

Quick delivery, some tiles were broken spoke to customer service and a whole box replaced. Lovely tiles

The sizes of the tiles are a little small to have a good idea what the tiles look like.

Free sample too small (3”x4”) to show enough of the colours, given the whole tile was 17” square. Refused to send me another saying courier didn’t deliver to my address!

Lovely tiles. Delivered on time. Cant fault the whole service. Staff at the depot were so helpful when I said I didn’t have facilities to order online and helped me do it by phone. Thank you!!

Great product and happy with the service. Tiles 360 couldn’t have done more and communication was above and beyond. Not the companies fault but if need in a hurry please check that the courier will be with you in 24 hours as unfortunately not the case for me

Great being able to order samples, which came very quickly.
The tile order also came quickly, however I realised after they had been fitted that a number of them had a blemish on the surface. My tile fitter was not impressed with them.

Your tile sample obtained is part of our research into the hall reburbishment project which is not expected to commence until July, your tile is my choice so far

I ordered some sample tiles, really easy site to navigate, the whole process was easy and free, they kept me well informed of the order and delivery was ridiculously quick! Can't fault them.

This companies outstanding service commenced from the start with the provision of free samples, greatly assisting in our style choice. Once chosen, it was a simple matter of using the QR code attached to the chosen sample tile to complete our order, which was promptly delivered when promised.

Excellent customer service response ti e was swift and unfaultable truly a pleasure to do business with and quality of tiles are great ..
First delivery was exceptionally packaged like I've never seen no one tile damaged second delivery had some damage and was swiftly replaced with no quibbles...
