Excellent customer service. There is nothing you can fault , every staff are extremely helpful. They ensure that you have the correct and right amount of products. The lady that works there, her service is excellent. All the staff are amazing. They deliver the service a customer is looking for and serves with a smile

You’ll find a very good selection of tiles here. The staff are wonderful and always happy to help. I had a lovely gentleman called Jim who went above and beyond as I had no idea the quantity I had to buy. He was extremely professional, helpful and very knowledgeable. Will definitely recommend this place to anyone thinking of getting tiles for indoors or outdoors. My kitchen and bathroom tiles have been getting some wonderful feedback - even the kitchen worktop fitters were asking me where the tiles are from! Lovely staff who are more than helpful.

The previous comment from Dec 2022 is interesting as tileplus sell tiles and accessories and have never sold shower enclosures ever.

There is one man (white man) who works here who called a member of the public a “a the F word) immigrant“ when they were telling him not to push in the queue for the bus. (This website will not allow me ti type the F word).
As a middle age women I was frightened with his words and the aggression from his tone.
This man was wearing his uniform on the way to work and I thought what a way to represent the company. The racism I was horrible and uncalled for.
I am absolutely disgusted. If this is what the company represents then I hope people stop coming there.

The delivery guys Mick & Jay was a life saver who helped me put my delivery inside, I couldn’t of done it without there help very polite and supportive and when I explained how we struggled with previous tiles to carry them inside they smiled and offered to store it for me, anytime want ur tiles delivered ask for both Mick & jay..

Bought 800mm Lake shower enclosure 2 years ago from them. The fixed panel glass seal failed on 3 corners, 2 on the bottom leading to water leakage. The seal seemed to have shrank back from the corners leading me to believe that it was stretched at point of installation by the manufacturer ‘Lake’. Supplied photos to Tilesplus who basically shrugged their shoulders and gave me a clear bag containing a replacement seal with no instruction at all from the manufacturer on how to replace it. Tilesplus seem to deem it acceptable for a shower panel seal to fail after just 2 years. Most recently spent considerable amount of money with them (en-suite fit out) whilst advising them of the issue with the main bathroom shower panel. Thought I was doing a good thing supporting local but sadly very much regret this now. I actually could have bought as good quality from Victoria plumbing at a more reasonable price including main land pallet delivery to NI. Won’t darken Tilesplus door again. If it goes wrong they dont want to know.

This company is one of the worst I have ever dealt with. Ordered tiles and accessories, which I was told would be here within 2 weeks. 2 weeks passed and nothing. After contacting the company and all their promises that they would be delivered the following week fell by the wayside. It has now been over 5 weeks and I'm still getting excuses. With a builder arriving in 2 weeks I now have to go elsewhere and also still try to get monies already paid to Tiles Plus-Ballymoney. If you use this company I hope you get a better service than me, but I certainty won't be using them again or recommending them. Very poor service.
