​"I am updating this review to clarify that it is definitely intended for Timatoo. There was a typo in my previous text, but the transaction and the order number (GPA.3370-7468-6069-65659) are directly linked to this business. My minor daughter made an accidental purchase of 10.650 JOD on March 24. Despite the digital items being 100% unused and my immediate contact, Timatoo support refused to help. Their attempt to flag this review instead of resolving the issue is disappointing. I do not recommend their services due to their rigid refund policy and poor customer support."
