Very straightforward process. Although I think it would have been useful to go through our order with an agent as we overlooked a couple of things, which we regret, like having a lock you can put on the latch and having frosted glass instead of clear!

This is a very professional company who offer an excellent product. I was impressed that the door site was surveyed beforehand by an expert and had every confidence that the new door would fit snuggly, which it does.

The fitters too were pleasant and efficient and I am delighted with my new door. For me, this was a high-end purchase, but you get what you pay for and the new door has already made a difference to the ambient temperature of the house.

I chose your company because I was impressed with the fact that I was able to choose the door I wanted and able to design it myself,then when I telephoned to order I received excellent advice.Also the price was very good compared with other companies.Your fitters did a wonderful job and cleaned up afterwards with no damage to existing plasterwork

I have had my door now for over a week and am very happy, it’s stylish and well fitted, what a great company to deal with, the two guys who fitted the door were friendly, very professional and respectful of my home, they have fitted my door perfectly, cannot fault my experience with this company and would definitely recommend them.

Ordering of the door was very easy although before I ordered I did receive too many follow up emails.

Never used this company before - easy to order and then email exchange re my queries before making order.

They were great from start to finish. When ordering and speaking to staff re styles and colours they were very helpful and I was able to see how they would look through the online virtual system.
When the installation team arrived they were quick, clean and very efficient. We were thrilled with the whole experience and would definitely order again as our doors look fabulous!

Great product, backed up by a professional, brilliant service. Beat our local suppliers by £££’s and delivered very quickly.

Very helpful staff, that provided all the necessary information for measuring.
The door was received within two weeks and I installed it in an afternoon.
The next couple of days I foamed and mastic’d the surrounds, looks great.
Would recommend getting a friend to help if you are going down the self installation route.
Very happy and will go back to them in the future.
