We have received samples as requested and have been trying to contact the company by phone and email for 10 days. We have tried every number we can find! Phone is always an answer machine and no one has responded to emails. Is this company still trading?

Further to this review, we were contacted directly by TimberTech. The guy who called us was very apologetic and extremely helpful. We have subsequently purchased from them and are very happy with the service received and the quality of the decking.

Bought about 5k worth of decking from them , despite the decking having a precise measurement, they turned up with all slightly different length .We did complain but were given a poor response and nothing done. After a year we noticed some planks splitting at the end , we made a claim against the guarantee but they claimed the screws were less than the 19mm from the edge. They made this claim without a site visit. I sent them images with a tape measure showing the drill holes were almost exactly the required distances. We haven’t had any response from them. Composite decking is a great product but they don’t have great customer service and could not recommend them.
Thank you for your reply. Regarding the installation I cannot confirm if guide hole were predrilled , it would be interesting to know how you can make that claim without making a site visit . Or was it like the original excuse that they were drilled in the wrong place without checking . You haven’t yet explained why all the timbers were different lengths . However it is more concerning , rather than showing good customer service , you appear to want to make as many excuses not to help customers. I’m sure the product is reasonable but the guarantee is pointless and customer service shocking. All I can say, product fine, if not overpriced , customer service - shocking and guarantee not worth the paper it’s written on. Buyer beware!!

I purchased some radiance railing in March, sadly due to Covid outbreak our plans for a new deck were delayed. On finally starting the project we realised the handrails were missing, I contacted Dimitar & he couldnt have been more helpful & within a copule of days our missing rails were delivered. They look fabulous, I highly recommend this company

Reece in sales was very helpful.

The decking boards are the best from all the samples received from other companies, and we installed them ourselves without too many issues. It looks fantastic and we are receiving a lot of attention from neighbours and friends.

We would recommend this company, nothing is perfect in this world but compared to many companies we have been very pleased with both service and product.

We recently added another area and again excellent prompt service.

Amazing decking and service from luke, went together so well and quality is second to none. Would highly recommend and would purchase again.

Used their cladding for raised beds and have had nothing but trouble with it, was horrendous to install and their fixings are the worst I’ve ever used, they just spin and start melting the product and fail to gain any purchase.
And ever since the cladding has been installed it has constantly warped especially on a hot day.
Over priced and an absolute nightmare,,,,

The product looks lovely. Especially the railings. We have had some problems with the order... But they have promised to sort it out.

Their 25 year guarantee is worthless,they don't reply to emails or complaints. I bought my composite decking seven years ago and was happy with it until this year. It has now warped and the colour faded.
I had to regularly phone them as they did not acknowledge my written complaint or return phone calls. I sent photos of the warping and their response was it was the joinery company fault, they hadn't fitted it correctly.
This wasn't the case and the joiners had recommended this company as they regularly used their products.
A waste of money on a very expensive product.

Not the cheapest but good quality and looks beautiful when it's installed which is easy. I've never had any problems with the sales staff who have always been polite and very helpful. I always deal with the Cardiff people who are very nice.

Had to chase up numerous times and called / emailed / left messages and still no response and only when i turned up at the office does anyone take any action

Like others wrote, its a shame as the product is excellent but the sales staff are a total waste of space so would not purchase again for the amount of hassle that occured.

A few hiccups with order but nothing major overall I'm very happy with TimberTech. Fantastic product my decking area looks spectacular. Highly recommend TimberTech products avoid cheap counterparts as they will likely warp and discolor. No such issues with Timbertech. Even lots of bird droppings on decking left no stains.

What a frustrating company to deal with, emails ignored and phonecalls a waste of time as no one taking ownership of the issue. "Warehouse is closed at the moment, we will get management to ring you back ASAP" seemed to be the standard response.... 3 months later after multiple emails and phonecalls, still no resolution.

This is a real pity because the products they are selling are of a really good quality and my decking is looking superb (after I had to source the additional parts myself).

I think you can safely order the decking boards from this company without too much trepidation, but I highly recommend if you are doing a project which requires railings, stairs, angles or anything even remotely complicated to choose a different supplier as from what I have experienced they have good knowledge of the boards, their base product, but come unstuck when trying to order or resolve an issue with the more uncommon stuff.

Professional and knowledgeable office personnel were efficient and the porcelain outdoor non slip tiles are just great . I shall not go back to natural stone as the treatment they require makes their installation more expensive than the porcelain .Price compared favorably with other suppliers,

The worst company I've ever dealt with.
Delayed all responses, agreed an exchange with agreed return costs to retract it, then hike the prices up by 400% then two weeks later to say your return period ran out.
From start to finish shocking.
The chased us so hard for the purchase, that they were emailing 2200 at night, on doing so we misplaced the order from a customers late change therefore we tried to persuade the customer to keep it, on back on fourth emails with this shocking company they played us on purpose to delay our return period.
Stay well clear.

Moved house, so I became a returning customer by buying again from TimberTech. Just shows how much I trust the brand. Thanks to Fraser for helping me out!
