Extremely disappointing delivery service and customer support.

I moved house from Wales to Newcastle.I paid extra specifically for an evening delivery because I was not available at home before 5pm. When the delivery team called me on the day, they told me they would arrive around 4pm. I explained that I had paid for an evening delivery slot and that I would be available at home during the evening delivery window, although I might not be home before 5pm.

Despite this, they refused to wait and told me that their maximum availability was 5:15pm because they had to leave Newcastle and return to Birmingham. This was completely unreasonable, especially as I had paid extra for a delivery time that was supposed to suit my availability.

I contacted customer service to try to resolve the issue and asked whether the delivery could be rearranged for the following day. I was told that this was not possible and that I would have to book another delivery slot and pay the delivery charge again.

The situation was particularly frustrating because I was waiting for the bed and mattress to arrive and, as a result of the delivery issue, I had to stay in a hotel for two nights until they were eventually delivered.

I paid extra for an evening delivery, made myself available during the agreed time, and still ended up having to pay for accommodation because the delivery company would not accommodate the delivery window.

Very poor communication, very poor customer service, and an extremely disappointing experience. I will not be using Time4Sleep again and would not recommend them based on this experience.

Excellent service from start to finish. Very pleased with bed and bedside cabinets. We had a damaged item and emailed monday morning and they sent a replacement which arrived next day - very impressed.
Delivery was speedy and delivered exactly when they stated it would be brought, excellent communications throughout. Five stars!

Good communication and delivery within time scale

I am writing to make a formal complaint regarding a bed frame I purchased from you on 24 June 2026 (Order #400488018093).

Unfortunately, after only around one month of normal use, the bed frame failed while my daughter was asleep in it. The wooden slats and frame broke suddenly, causing the mattress to collapse.

My daughter is autistic and has epilepsy, so this was particularly upsetting and concerning for our family. Thankfully she was not seriously injured, but she has been left without a safe bed to sleep in The bed has only been used for its intended purpose and has not been subjected to misuse or excessive weight. I would not expect a bed frame to fail after such a short period, and I do not believe it is of satisfactory quality or durable.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and durable. Given that this bed failed after only one month, I believe it does not meet these legal requirements.

Super fast process from start to finish , delivery was second to none , very communicative.
So I wasn’t waiting in all day .
Arrived on time ! 5large boxes.
Started putting together on my own with quite good instructions. Was a little disappointed with the MDF deep sides of sleigh ottoman bed .The headboard and end board were A light oak and well packaged. Putting the gas struts and frame needed 2people to fit .Made up with it solid and tons of storage underneath .
