We stayed here with my husband and 1 year old daughter in winter. The nights was so cold and they dont have anything for heating. I had to turn on hot water in shower to warm my baby. The floor was so dirty and my doghter gor diarrhea. Abd her socks gets black everyday. They dont clean the room very day automatically. We have to tell them. And when we told them, they used a dirty mup. So the floors was always dirty.
The bathroom was malfunction and the flush was not working properly. We had problem with baby cot but they did not change it. The bedsheets and towels had spots and we had to buy and not to use the hotel towels.
The door keys had problem too. We had to take it to reception from time to time to activate it.
In breakfast there was not a good variety as a 4 star hotel. The milk and coffee was so watery.
Totally I DON'T recoment time asma hotel at all.
