Appalling quality, unable to find anywhere that I can return the items. Items bear little to no resemblance to those advertised. Don't touch them.

Absolutely dreadful, not at all as pictured or described. Really really wish I had read reviews before buying, items claimed to be knitted are printed on nasty shiny material. Pictures obviously not of items sold and do not represent what you will get in any way. The return and refund process is incredibly bad. DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY. I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF THAT WAS AN OPTION.

I honestly wish I'd read the reviews before I bought anything off this site. Products are definitely not what they show on their website. Really bad company to buy from as we never received our order and the will not refund my money, they just fob you off

They are not interested in you once they have your money

You just never get your order and they are very rude with any correspondence

I also had the experience of ordering beautifully embellished tops with 3-D roses, pearls and lace. What I got was printed on photos on cheap fabric. Their site says hassle free, 30 return policy. I have been fighting with them for 3 weeks. They asked me tossed photos to be evaluated. They told me they received the photos but it would take 5 to 7 days for an answer. Then they denied getting the photos. I told them they lied and sent a copy of the email they sent me saying they got the photos, but it had to go to a review staff. I have notified my credit company and sent them all correspondence, photos of what they advertise as opposed to what I got. My company considers this misrepresentation and are going to try to et them to accept my return. First I was told the shipping would be too expensive so they offered me another item at 20% discount. I responded by saying their stuff is so awful, why would I want to buy anything else from them. They went as far as offering a 405 discount. I wouldn't take their clothes for free. Normally when I buy something that doesn't quite meet my expectations, I donate it to the Vets. These tops are soooo bad, I wouldn't have the nerve to donate them. This, btw, is not the only site that shows these same clothes, but send the exact same printed shirt, on cheap fabric, without any embellishments. I wonder if there is a site that sells the real merchandise, or if it is all AI generated, as I love the clothes as pictured, too bad the clothes don't seem to really exist. Also, they post NO reviews on their site so you have no way of knowing what you are buying. What an unscrupulous and fraudulent company. They should be shut down.

Do not go near this company. The product advertised is not what you will receive. A beautiful pair of trousers described as 100% cotton didn't contain 1% cotton. They were cheap, poor quality and fit for nothing. I asked for a refund based on their no quibble, postage paid policy but 5 emails later, no refund was forthcoming and now ignoring me mails.

My experience echos all that I have read on here. I ordered 4 of their beautiful embroidered tops/dresses. What turned up wasn’t fit to give to charity. Cheap nasty shoddy items with some blurry print on the fabric, not a whiff of embellishments or embroidery anywhere. Currently fighting with them to try and get some money back. Lying cheating scum bags.i feel so angry that they are getting away with this. I am a pensioner and I paid top whack for what turns out to be absolute sh*te.
How are they allowed to do this??

Please avoid buying from this site. It is a con. I wish that I had seen the other review before I made a purchase. You do not get anything like the items in the pictures. They send just nasty nylon clothing with blurred printing on.

Can I give a negative rating? Wow ordered a dress for a wedding…. Should have read the reviews! It’s a screen printed piece of junk. Nothing like what was shown. Embroidered? NOOOO horrible fabric looks sooo bad!

This place deserves a zero rating. They are selling goods that resemble NOTHING compared to what is advertised. Not even close. Linen? Not a chance. Embroidered? Nope. Screen printing. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!! SCAM AT THE HIGHEST LEVEL.

Terrible, absolutely shocking!
Ordered embroidered blouse and terrible poor quality print arrived.
Returns to China is inconvenient and they offered to keep goods and have 20% discount coupon.
Would ever never buy from them again so they can keep their coupon themselves.
Wasted money.

Bait and Switch SCAM - AVOID! I received cheap, blurry, butt ugly polyester tshirts. I've asked to return the items to get my money back. I doubt they'll even reply. The company advertises and shows photos on the website of absolutely beautiful linen or linen mix shirts, pants and dresses that are decorated with ribbons and cloth flowers and a few sequins that are all hand sewn on and definitely 3D with beautiful, elegant sequined designs and real embroidery. When I open the bag I was HORRIFIED! The awful things they sent barely even match the photos of the real products I should have gotten. I have contacted my bank, PayPal, the BBB, the FBI, and every scam seeking service I can find and I will leave every nasty review that I can. I'm retired, and I have the time.

This is a complete scam and a disgrace. You will not get what you see advertised! You'll receive a bunch of cheap, ugly, polyester, trashy, blurry t-shirts then I'd be ashamed to give away to the homeless!

It should be a negative 10. Totally false ad. The beautiful peasant I thought I bought was a poly t shirt with a blurry print. NEVER again.

How disgusting. Total Scam. So many people would order this beautiful top in the picture and it turns up an UGLY synthetic tshirt that i would NEVER buy!

Advertised as beautifully embroidered tops & dresses. Nothing like!! No embroidery whatsoever. Just print. Looks rubbish. Even the style was different. My blouse was meant to have very loose dropped shoulder sleeves. Arrived with plain short sleeves.

The website shows nice pictures of beautifully embroidered dresses, … In reality it is just print on the fabric and both the print and the dress model are ugly. Total scam.
