I'm the customer of Timemoto since few years. The service is every year worser. Every year I have a problem with payment. This year I can't pay for the subscription. I tried 4 methods. None of them work and support says it's my problem and doesn't offer a solution. They don't want customers and they don't want to make money.

Very quick reaction with practical solution. I solved it in 2 minutes. The whole proces from formulating the question to full implementation of the solution took less than 45 min.

Fantastic, five star service received from Gary today. An absolute pleasure to deal with and he managed to sort out my issue/query in an instant. Gary knew exactly where to look and how to fix the issue that I had. Very knowledgeable and easy to converse with.

Impossible to get in touch with anyone! There is no call helpine. The only option is to send a query email, that on-one replies to! Terrible service.
Hopefully someone will reply to this!..

Emma from support was really helpful and quickly resolved my issues.

Gary was very helpful in restoring my connectivity and restoring the rfid cards. Couldnt have been more helpful and knowledgeable.

Looking to be a new customer. Bought the TimeMoto unit, having issues setting it up and cannot get in touch with ANYONE regardless of whether I call sales, support or billing!! What a JOKE! A BAD JOKE.
Tried on-line support, got a case number - DAYS HAVE GONE BY and no contact regarding the case number!

So now TimeMoto aka Safescan replies to the review I posted BUT NOT ME! Asking if I used their online help system. If they wouuld have READ my review, they would know the answer is YES! Case numbers as follows: 00968878, 00969149, and 00969167! As well as called the number in Colorado (844-386-1192). Which is a joke! Three options to chose from: sales / support / and billing - all have same voice mail for Matt Cleaver. All I have called numerous times and left a message with my call back number. This company has NO IDEA what "customer service" is or what it's like to operate a legit business

Having not had a licence for a few years we decided to get back on board but had a few issues with setting up and importing names between the new software and device, but thanks to Emma's persistence we got it working :). Thank you Emma.

Great support from Gary who spend the time on my system to reactivate it all. That was not only fast but also very pleasant. I will now be able to fully test the TimeMoto system that looks like matching our expectations.
