Buon servizio ma migliorabile

Buon servizio ma migliorabile. L'audio è trasmesso in streaming dopo aver sottoscritto un abbonamento oppure incluso nell'offerta mobile di tim. La qualità audio è più che buona ma presenta limitate funzionalità nell'interfaccia grafica (web) poco intuitiva e confusionaria. L'assistenza tecnica risponde tramite email ma non è risolutiva: sono ancora in attesa della risoluzione di un problema nell'ascolto di un album a poco più di un mese dalla segnalazione!

Utilizzabile ma senza pretese rispetto ad altri servizi di streaming.

Servizio dalle enormi potenzialità limitato a logiche "illogiche" nella User Experience. Lavorateci ancora!
