Where do I start? We were mis-sold a fabric quality by the Timothy Oulton distributor in ANZ, which faded badly within 18 months. We had spent over £8000 on a fabulous new Nest sofa and which now looked like a 15 year-old badly worn piece in a student house! To be fair, we didn't notice the full extent until the sofa was unpacked after a 3 month shipment across the world back to London. On our return to the UK we went to discuss the issue at the TO flagship store in King's Road. The store manager, Chloe, was amazing. She listened fully, she understood the situation quickly, saying that Timothy Oulten would take full responsibility, and would re-cover the sofa at no cost. The original fabric should never have been sold to us, due to the intense sunlight in ANZ, so the fading would always occur. As a result, we were recommended an alternative fabric. It will arrive in 3 months.

So, we are full brand advocates once more! TO need to sharpen up on how they train their international distributors, but for us, the service and customer experience in the King's Road London store was amazing.

My partner and I recently visited the London King’s Road gallery and were met by Rachael whom we immediately took to. We looked at several sofas that we wanted to see paired with other chairs which meant re-arranging things, all done with a smile and total professionalism. We settled on a few pieces and went home to measure-up. Over the course of a few days, we received layouts & swatches which Rachael provided for us to make sure we got the measurements & colours right. Her responses to my emails were swift and concise, even on the weekend!
She and gallery manager Chloe even came to the house in Sussex to offer advise to ensure the items would fit.
We couldn’t be happier with our experience and can’t wait to receive the items in our home. The only slight disappointment is the delivery dispatch times. But I suppose one has to view it as ‘good things come to those who wait’.

I recently purchased a piece from the Tottenham Court store in London, and received truly excellent service from Keelin, who was very friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. A wonderful customer experience to complement the wonderful furniture available.

Sam was excellent throughout the entire process - consistently responsive and patient with all my questions about measurements, configurations, fabric options, and delivery timelines. Buying made-to-order furniture is an investment, and you want to get it right. Sam took the time to walk me through different layout options, arranged a professional access check to ensure delivery would work for my space, and provided clear guidance every step of the way; would highly recommend working with him.

It has been a delight in dealing with Rachael, great customer service and a pleasure to speak with. A quality product accompanies the excellent service.

My order wasn't the easiest, but she made things very smooth and easy. It was a true pleasure working with her.

Keelin has been absolutely outstanding from start to finish. She guided me through the entire journey, from the very first visit and design discussions, right through to finalising the order and arranging delivery with professionalism, patience, and genuine care. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and her attention to detail made the whole process feel effortless and enjoyable.

This has been one of the best retail experiences I’ve had with Timothy Oulton, and that is entirely down to Keelin. I would 100% recommend her without hesitation — honestly, if I could give 6 stars (or more), I would.

It is so unusual these days to come across a company that both focuses on quality and outstanding class service. The showroom is just amazing on the kings road, and next to the absolute best bar/cafe/restaurant which is in itself high quality, with great service and has a killer outside space that is a must in the summer.

The showroom is a feast for the eyes with unique pieces and it just oozes quality.

We stumbled across the place a couple of years ago and have bought from them a couple of times.

Olivia is just amazing, very patient, engaging and takes time to get to know her customers. That is what service is all about. They cannot do enough for you and go over and beyond.

Great customer service and amazing products

I visited the Kings Road store to look for some furniture for my new flat. I met the charming Rachel who really knows her products. Rachel very quickly found my style and was very knowledgeable about construction and fabrics. I have to say the visit was very educational and I came away feeling very positive about the quality of the products I am interested in. Rachel's professionalism, knowledge and advice were really reassuring and I'm excited to work with her in the future.
