I recently went to Tint World Longwood FL. For my windshield they recommended clear 70% UV tinting. Fabulous! It’s better than dark tint less heat gain. Also added rally stripes and decals on my mustang. Their workmanship is excellent and timely. Tint World does so much more like car stereos, ceramic coating, car detailing
Ask for Jose or Craig they are good people and treat your car like their own
They know how put smile on your face

Obviously, these facilities are independently owned as a franchise, here in Long Island, New York, Hillside Avenue, New Hyde Park, this location is six months old I met with the owner spent a lot of time with me that I had services done incredible service. The owner of this facility is a real pro gentleman. Great guy did a great job highly recommend this location MC

I had multiple services done to my car such as ceramic tent, full detail, radio and audio install and a remote starter. Great customer service and knowledgeable staff. Every time I go back for something new I always leave a happy customer. I would recommend them to anybody that's looking for any over these services.
They also have a super convenient location.

Installed tint at the legal 35% limit. State failed inspection and stated only 28% light transmittal. Tintworld contacted and will not remedy the matter.

John did a great job removing my old tint that was all faded. He did a quick, professional job. Thank you John.

I got my car A4 Audi ceramic tinted on 07 July 2023. The rear window shield even today reflects light from vehicles running behind me. I had taken the car to their location for checking, they said there is nothing wrong with tinting, it's something to do with my rear window itself. Such a ridiculous answer. I can only say it's a rip off and they can't take responsibility of the quality of their work.

First, the price quoted did not include stripping the tint off of the windows, when I clearly told them this was needed. There was no mention that it could ruin my headliner which is now falling down. There are stains on the upholstery in the back and looks like bleach stains on my front passenger carpet. There are streaks running down my doors. And they did not say one word to me about any of this when I picked up the vehicle. When I called, they told me that they were not stains, they were moisture marks and they would go away. Which they have not. They also blamed the headliner on my vehicle's age And tried to tell me that it was like that when they received the car. I called corporate number they called me back gave me the exact same line of BS. So now it's going to cost me $600 to replace my headliner and upholstery.

Manager unprofessional, rude, short, entitled, demanding, and unable to speak to anything other than his needs. A whiny abrasive person to try to have a conversation with and that’s on this side of anything being done.

I had my car ceramic coated, and they left 1 million white dots in my hood and then told me to buy the touchup paint and they would fix it other than that they’re not responsible

Lewis and team were stellar and professional @ the Bremerton, WA location. Opened my eyes to more accessories. Plan to use them again soon.

These guys are amazing. Randy is so nice and will definitely recommend the best places to eat if you’re missing that New York food. You can never go wrong with Austin he is so knowledgeable and nice to look at. Lol just don’t tell him that. I have been coming here for 6 years since I moved here and they ALWAYS do right. Thank you guys!

Let me start by saying that if I could give Tint World in Hollywood 10 stars... don't think that would be enough! I can't say enough about their professionalism, consideration, respect, and outstanding quality of work. I went in to get my windows tinted. I was greeted by a dynamic young lady, whose name was Danielle. You couldn't help but be excited when you spoke to her. She had so much positive energy. Another gentleman I met Phil. What an incredible guy. Always had a welcoming warm smile. Everyone there made you feel comfortable. Nobody tried to upsell me anything. They allowed me to choose the level of tint I wanted and never tried to talk me into a more expensive package.

All in all, I was so pleasantly surprised by what a great group of installers they were, as well as Danielle and Phil. I have to say with all honesty I have never been this impressed with an organization and let me tell you I am very very hard to impress. So guys thank you and look forward to other projects in the future.

I feel cheated and wronged at this location at Tint world Smyrna. All they care about is money. No customer service, no sympathy, nothing! Since I had no major knowledge, I told them I wanted the tint in compliance with Georgia law. I took my brand new car to them, mainly at 2 weeks old, I left with scratches on my doors, inside was stained. They never took responsibility. I let it go. Not only that, I was stopped by the police and given a ticket for violating the rule on my front windows. I was at 13% far off from the 32% law. I went there today to talk to them, no customer service, no responsibility, both people on staff with smart mouth and will charge me another $200+ to remove the film. I want this resolved. This is very unfair!

Had my first experience @ Oakhurst Road in Spring Texas, not impress at all and will never ever do business with them again. Overcharged and their work was not good quality. Nice people but bad customer satisfaction.

At the Benbrook, Texas location. Tint World customer service is beyond reproach. Sean Coffman the store manager and Robert, the tint technician was very professional, engaging and friendly. The waiting area and the work area were very clean and organized. They also had a well stock of refreshments.

Has superior products, made in USA, and the installation was perfect. Also had car detailed and it was immaculate.

Dennis was great. Have tinted windows and 2 new remotes for a system they don’t even carry!!! Great service and great product. Windows are awesome. Thank you Dennis

Warning do not get your windows tinted worst experience I have had waste of $ and time mad bubbles and peeling unprofessional

Boynton Beach Florida Tint World is the pits. They installed half of my items incorrectly, parts are falling off, the tint is terrible, looks like a child did it, and they damaged my car, put a big dent in it. Corporate appeared to be concerned all the way up to the time they hung up on me because I camplained that the parts rubbing inside my wheels means I cannot drive the car. Reversing the payments and now I have to pay more to fix there screw ups and damage to my car.

I totally do not recommend this location to anyone!! The person behind the desk (Donisha Brown) is ignorant, unprofessional, lacks customer service in a major way.

This was my first time ever doing business with the extremely rude person behind the desk. I initially called before even going there and did a drive by just to see how the business looked. Well, the store front looks decent until you run into a problem with the ignorant person behind the desk. So, prior to having my windows tinted I asked how much it costs to have the two front windows of my car tinted and was told it would be $119.00 (how about $196.60) and then the rude thing behind the desk asked did I want the front of my windshield tinted so I said yes thinking it would be a very thin tint. OMG when the guy was finished with my car the tint on the windshield was almost covering the entire windshield. After my car was finished, I was told that it took longer because they did not have a template for my 2023 Lexus NX250 and that the guy had to cut by hand. So, on my way home from this place I called the rude thing back (now keep in mind it had only been a few minutes that I left), well the phone rung forever as if it was busy in there. I was the last and only customer. So, the rude thing called me back as I hung up the phone and I told her (Donisha Brown) that I did not like the tint on my windshield and wanted it off. So, I told her I would come back the next day. Okay so the next came and the rude thing had a major attitude with me. I asked her why she has an attitude with me about something that I do not like or want on my windshield. To speed my long compliant up she tells me I could have just peeled it off myself (SMH). So, I asked her how long it will take just to have the guy to peel that crap off of my windshield the rude thing goes on to say that she does not know since I did not have an appointment. The entire time that I was there she argued back in fort with me.

BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION IN SLIDELL!!! THEY OVER CHARGE AND YOU CAN FORGET ABOUT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE BECAUSE IT DOES NOT EXIST!!!
