Disappointing and Not Recommended

We really wanted this service to work, but the quality was not at the level you’d expect. The meals lacked the skill and consistency we expected, and even after sharing thoughtful feedback, nothing meaningful was adjusted. Instead of listening, we felt pressured to continue despite clear dissatisfaction.

What’s worse is how the company operates. Their business model makes it seem like there’s no commitment, but once you realize the quality doesn’t match the high prices, they suddenly point to hidden fees and “commitments” that were never properly disclosed in their official Terms of Use. This kind of tactic feels misleading and unprofessional.

Tiny Spoon Chef falls short on both quality and trust. We do not recommend this service.
