Very nice service

Ordered two gas cartridges that were not available at my local store for click and collect. Ended up buying them at the Edinburgh store since I couldn't wait for them to be delivered. Very nice service. Got my money back within a couple of days.

Roof tent

There was difficulties with shipping as it was a large item however the Customer Service team worked hard and kept me well informed. I finally received my package and overjoyed with the quality.

awful expérience. Avoid

I placed an online order for pickup, received a confirmation email, and when I arrived the same day during opening hours, access was impossible due to construction. I couldn't collect my order, and I was just passing through Glasgow before heading north on a trek. I left without my essential gear and haven't been reimbursed.
