Tiso we're excellent especially Melissa at Glasgow. My only complaint is with the carrier Royal Mail who told lies about the delivery. The bike arrived a day late due to them telling lies!!!

The refund timescale is much longer than any other company. It's been two weeks and still no refund. I returned It's to 2 other companies at the same time and have received both refunds within a week. For that reason I will not purchase again.
