Look, the prices are attractive as hell. I ordered a time trial helmet from them and waited with no response or shipment notification for almost two weeks. They lied through their teeth that they had sent my helmet when they did not.

It took me threatening to report them to Visa twelve days later before one of them forwarded my e-mail to someone else at the company to get their act together, and then I finally had the item on the way.

A complete scam. Waited a month and still no package came - they couldn’t provide any tracking rather kept responding that they contacted FedEx to provide a tracking number and will tell me when they got one. I spoke directly to FedEx and they said they do not do that and if a company actually ships a package they get the tracking number then. Horrible customer service. Horrible experience. Do not buy from this company.

I was a little nervous about ordering from such a low-rated website, but I shouldn't have been.
I bought my Oakley Velo Kato sunglasses for a pretty good price, and they shipped from Italy to Hungary in 5 days.

Awful. Don’t waste your time.
Started calling me disrespectful after providing no shipping info for weeks despite me asking politely and being ignored multiple times.

This is the most inefficient website I have ever used.
It is 2026, yet their operation speed is unbelievably slow.

I waited over 48 hours for a response — three days have passed with no reply.
I waited more than one week for the order to be shipped — it is still marked as “processing”.

I have attempted to cancel the order, but there has been no response either.

This level of inefficiency is unacceptable for an e-commerce business.
If this is how the company operates, it is difficult to see how they can remain competitive in the near future.

I suspect this is either a scam or very poorly managed webshop.
I ordered Oakley Target Line M Black ski goggles for a very competitive price. Not too cheap to be too good to be true or so...
I only got a confirmation of the order and that's it. The item was listed as immediately shippable, delivery by mid December. After a week no update, no shipment.
The item was meanwhile listed as out of stock.
Tried to contact them to cancel the order because I needed it in time, so I could order somewhere else, that shipped faster.
Never got any response. Also not one month later after my PayPal dispute.
I opened a dispute to cancel the order for refund and PayPal immediately agreed. That usually says enough: they already know about a lot of disputes with this seller.
Up to this date haven't heard any response on the mail or dispute. Luckily got my money back.
I would not trust this webshop and consider it a scam until they can prove good customer service and reliable sale and shipment of items.
To be avoided for now.

Ordered a bike helmet for delivery to Australia. Website states you will receive shipping notification within 3-5 business days. I had to contact them on the 7th business day to ask, then received a generic email stating it should ship in 4-6 business days.
2 weeks after I placed my order I received an email that they did not have stock to fill my order.
One star for processing the refund.

I've placed the order on 2.12.2025, received the order confirmation, paid with card and nobody is answering, and I haven't received my order.
It is a scam!

Placed an order with this company 2 weeks ago now and apart from getting the confirmation order email , I have heard nothing from them since. No shipping email details etc. They have taken payment but I dont have the item I ordered. Have sent them several emails and phone calls but they dont respond. No one answers the phone. Am starting to think I've been scammed. They have a facebook page but no posts since August 2025. Just dont understand why they wont coresspond with me. Does anyone know anything about them or maybe bought something from them?
