Thanks for taking the time to review us. Sorry to hear of your disappointment.

As someone who's never played with us before and isn't registered to play with us I'll explain how our company works. We set a maximum number of entries per person for each draw. Individuals who really want a certain prize can buy more tickets than most people who just buy one or two but the maximum we set ensures it's as fair as possible for other people who enter.

We've drawn countless competitions where more than one person has bought maximum entries but the winner was someone who bought very few, in some cases even one! In fact, recently we had a competition where someone won £500 a week for a four weeks. It was extremely popular but the winner bought only one entry! You can see her review on our home page.

Unfortunately where your claim falls down is with the fact that we use a top of the range ball machine to generate our winners. All the balls are the same size and weight and the machine spins them all at a rapid rate and gives out a ball each time and we then match it to a winner on our list of entries (although sometimes we have to spin again if the number hadn't been sold as we guarantee all our draws will have a winner. On competitions that weren't popular, this can result in four or five redraws sometimes!)

This is in contrast to companies that use random number generators to draw their winners. If you look into these drawing methods they aren't even proven to be entirely random. We chose to use a ball machine to give the ultimate user experience (which a number generator is anything but) and out of fairness to our players...and our players love it. You can see from our 113 x 5* reviews and also check out the reviews (and winners photos) at the foot of our home page. We can happily put you in touch with any number of these for clarification.

For the avoidance of doubt you can watch back our draws on our Facebook, Twitter and YouTube channel and also under 'Past Competitions' on our website and app to see just how transparent and live they are. We do a date and time check at the start of each draw and read out comments from our three social media platforms as they come in to prove we are live.

The person/people you've claimed wins every week actually doesn't. They even joked when we called her recently that she thought she would never win and sent in our first ever 'losers' picture, which we showed on our live stream on 31/08/21!

It is possible for someone to go on a run of successive wins. This is simply down to luck! Recently the person you've mentioned had maximum tickets on at least one prize in both our weekly draws and didn't win for over a month, proving how random our process really is.

Unfortunately we cannot accept you referring to us as an "absolute scam" and we refute this entirely. I have to say it's even harder to accept from someone who isn't (or ever has been) a Titan Prizes player, by your own admission. The TrustPilot platform is meant to be used for people who have experience of being a customer of a given company. Every review we've had since October 2020 when we began has been 5* and the reviews that have been left go totally against everything you've outlined in your own review.

We firmly believe we are the hardest-working, most honest and transparent company in the industry. I would also like to invite you to our premises to sit in and watch one of our live draws and to prove how it all works. If you email us we can arrange this for you.

Our industry isn't regulated but we're actually hoping, as a company, this comes in very soon. We have seen numerous examples of companies rolling over competitions by a week when they said their draw was guaranteed, blaming technical issues for delaying their draw and then extending the competition to the new draw date, staging 'live' draws that quite clearly were not live so that they can make sure a certain person wins...and other such examples of bad practice.

All of this gives our industry a bad name and tarnishes the hard work of the likes of Titan Prizes. The industry will be a better place once regulation does come in. Many will fall if/when it does but we honestly feel that we're ready for it and have all of the proof that we have been honest, transparent and professional from our first draw 11 months ago right to our 88th live draw, which was only yesterday.
