I won a laptop which happened to be out of stock after the draw took place. I was offered the cash alternative, as usual, or a better specification alternative laptop of the same brand which I accepted. I would definitely recommend Titan if you like these types of raffle competitions.

I seen an add for this on Facebook so I decided to try my luck, but after about 20 minutes of trying to register and the site kept freezing so I couldn’t register an account I just gave up, so frustrating and a poor site, I have used many raffle sites before without an issue. My internet connection is also very good

This is pretty rare and we receive several new registrations per day. Yours appears to be the only one that's glitched, for which we apologise.
Would you be so kind as to drop us an email at info@titanprizes.com with the email address you've tried to register with so we can take a look at this and try to rectify it for you?
For the record we are currently in the process of revamping our online presence and that will be live in the New Year. But we'll aim to put this right for you before then.
