They went the extra mile and fitted a complete new system, very pleased, thanks to Deborah at customer services and Jerome who done a great job fitting it, very quick and neat job. Anything can develop a fault, the important thing is how it’s dealt with, very happy with outcome.

Wireless Smoke & Heat alarms installed to comply with ScotGov regulations. Engineer completed work quickly and tidily, explained how each worked, evidenced their communication, removed out of date alarms. Phoned to advise arrival time and arrived within this time period. Only reason not giving a 5* rating was appointment made for previous week with a promised call before 10am, engineer didn't call till early afternoon to advise of non-arrival due to delay elsewhere. However would definitely use this company for future work.

I got a cctv system fitted at a good price, the installor explained everything clearly and Titus were able to fit it very soon after i accepted their quote.

We had Fire Alarms fitted by Titus Fire&Security and the service was excellent, they were prompt in getting back to our inquiry, on time for appointment and the costs were not overly inflated. The service engineer was really nice and helpful and tidy, we would highly recommend to family and friends.

I contacted them at lunchtime and cameras were fitted by 5:50pm. Great job, very responsive office staff, friendly fitters, easy to use app... highly recommended.

Booked in an appointment told would contact between a certain time waited and recieved no call even rang to find out to be told we would get a call but never. So contacted someone else

I saw your advert in the telephone directory and got an instant reply and arranged for a quote.Engineer arrived on Thursday and sent us a quote that evening.We replied to go ahead and the work was carried out on Monday morning.Arranged the visit for 9am and engineer arrived at 9 spot on.He completed the work,and tidied up and explained the system operation to us.We would recommend Titus alarm.Prompt,professional and kept to the covid regulation while working
