After 9 long months of waiting, the tickets finally arrived ( 6 days before the concert).
They came in electronic form and appeared on my Ticketmaster account. But what a stressful journey it was. They kept saying: “Your order is being processed.” No clear updates, no guarantees- just anxiety.

Tixwaves does NOT guarantee your tickets and that’s terrifying when you’ve already paid. On top of that, I ended up paying €90 more than the original price. But oookay🙌🏻

Yes, I’m grateful the tickets showed up in the end. Thanks!! But next time , only through official websites.

Normalerweise schreibe ich diesen Satz nie aber: Selbst ein Stern ist hier noch zu viel. Absoluter Scam. Tixwaves hat es auch in mehreren Monaten nicht geschafft, die Tickets aufzutreiben, obwohl naxhweislich Tickets auf dem Markt vorhanden waren. Ebenso war die Kommunikation unterirdisch, denn während es bis eine Woche vor der Veranstaltung noch hieß, dass man die Tickets bekommt, wurde dann in einem Nebensatz per Mail fallengelassen, dass es ja auch möglich sei, dass man gar keine Ticktes bereitstellen könnte. Ist dann auch so passiert. Die Kommunikation hat man dann auch von Seiten Tixwaves eingstellt. Man sollte diesen Laden schließen da der Mehrwert von Tixwaves genau so hoch liegt wie bei den eigentlich zu vergeben Sternen: null!

I normally never write sentences like this, but: Even one star is too much here. An absolute scam. Tixwaves failed to provide the tickets even after several months, despite the fact that tickets were clearly available on the market. The communication was also abysmal—until one week before the event, they kept saying that the tickets would be delivered, only to casually drop a line in an email saying that it might be possible that they wouldn’t be able to provide any tickets at all. And that’s exactly what happened. After that, Tixwaves stopped communicating altogether. This company should be shut down, because the value they provide is as low as the number of stars they deserve: zero!

Two months have passed, no ticket.
The official website has the tickets.
They refuse to refund the money.
Arrogant deceit!

Avoid this company! You will never get any tickets. After months there will be some "unforeseen" delivery problems (although there would be enough time to send tickets even by post) and you wont get anything. Finally you get your money back but you will miss the concert. THIS IS FRAUD

Fake! They let u wait until the last day and u will never get a ticket, they only workin with your money. I missed the concert of my life! I hate this shit Company!!!!

SHAMEFUL company, they sell tickets they don't have, take your money and two days before the concert they inform you, after countless emails during the previous months, that they don't have them available. It was supposed to be a gift for a friend, I had booked the hotel, thanks to them I lost a lot of money and made a bad impression on my friend. They should close down, it's a legalized scam! STAY AWAY!

We ordered two tickets for a Gracie Abrams concert almost four months ago. When you pay, it seems like they have the tickets, but in reality, they don't.
When we texted them asking about the tickets, they replied every time but kept saying they are waiting for the tickets. Now, two weeks before the concert, they have texted us to apologize, saying they don't have the tickets and probably never will.
Definitely avoid this site.

WARNING, it is a total scam. Ordered a ticket over a month ago and never heard from them. Also realized (unfortunatelly too late) that they have promised to send the ticket via post whereas original tickets were sold via ticketmaster, hence are only available digitally. I am trying to start legal action against them. Feel very sorry for the people who save up money for already expensive concert tickets and land to this horrible scammers.

AVOID!!!!! In July 2023 I made the mistake of paying for 2 x Coldplay tickets with them for a concert last Saturday (July 20th 2024), they held my money for a year in their account, every time I asked any question about my tickets I was fed with BS.
5 days before the concert date they informed me they couldn't supply me with the tickets and thankfully I did receive a refund but after the date of the concert so we were then unable to go. SCAM COMPANY

Resale tickets very expensive, and have not arrived within a month after purchase, shortly before the concert.

under any circumstances, DO NOT buy tickets from tixwaves! I ordered 2 tickets for Bad Omens gig in Berlin 2 months before the show, weeks passed and i haven’t received my tickets. i texted them multiple times and each time they told me that they were looking for my tickets and they may be delivered a week before the event. I had to travel 2000km to get to Berlin and the night before the show they texted me that THERE WON’T BE ANY TICKETS. Please STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAMMERS!!!

I purchased the tickets after seeing that they were around 40EUR cheaper than other secondary ticket sellers; however became immediately concerned when then seeing the TrustPilot score. Two days later however and I've received the tickets with no issues and can't fault the experience.

SCAM - under no cirumstances buy tickets from Tixwaves. You will NOT receive the tickets. Complained via various sites without any luck. I will get a lawyer involved now. Paid double the regular price and a transaction fee to receive NOTHING.

terrible experience never buy anything from them. we bought tickets for the concert for 350 euros to Berlin plus transport from the Czech Republic and accommodation. it showed that the tickets could not be delivered and no transport company had them anywhere in our country, they couldn't explain it and would try to send the tickets already after the third time, unfortunately the concert was postponed and I could have moved the accommodation in time and continue the tour, otherwise I'm afraid I'd lose all the money and I didn't even see the concert at Mahrad, so you don't have the right, and their support mostly responds within a few hours, but only with one sentence, so communication is very poor

Got the tickets within 3 weeks with priority mail to Sweden. No problems what so ever 😊 Although I got pretty nervous after reading the rewies here.

hello, I bought 2 tickets for the springsteen concert in munich on this site. tickets paid for 200 euros each in May 2022, 14 months before the event. After numerous emails, to which they have always replied with apologies, I have not received anything and they have not yet refunded me. stay away absolutely, they are scammers

I ordered a ticket in May for a concert in Hamburg in June, only received a confirmation of the payment, one day before the concert, still nothing. I sent them an email and they told me they sent the ticket and I should have picked it up at the post but I never received an email telling me anything… No refund possible, I ended up buying another ticket…

Bought tickets for a gig in Köln over 2 months in advance (well above asking price), and received just one confirmation email at the time of purchase.
7 days before the gig, there was no sign of the tickets or any update, so I sent a contact form asking what to do.
They replied the next working day saying that they hadn’t sorted anyone to send them, so I could either request a refund or wait and see if they magically turn up out of thin air in the next few days.
I requested a refund immediately and they responded two working days after to say it had been refunded. I’ve received my refund but I booked a whole trip from the UK to Germany especially for this gig, and now we have to go ticketless.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS, it’s not worth the risk of either losing your money or losing out on the event.
