I took my wedding ring to TJ Jewellery at Botany Mall to have it resized on a Saturday and was initially told it would take three days. When I followed up, on Wednesday the due date. I was then told it would be done by the Friday. I contacted them again on Friday and was advised that the ring was in the factory queue and that I would receive a call on Saturday.
On Saturday afternoon, I went into the store myself, only for the assistant to find my ring still in the shop and not resized. Based on this experience, I would not recommend TJ Jewellery. I took my ring back and went to NZ Jewellers, also in Botany Mall, where I received great service.

I have already written to say I feel you your necklace was really overpriced compared to earings with stones almost twice the size and 18ct. Gold work. However I must 'bite the bullet' as they day as the gift is a 50th wedding anniversary gift for my wife and is to late for a replacement. I just hope it doesn't look too out of sorts with the lovely earings. Just such a shame
