Run away from Tjareborg!!! This is a terrible company
Tjareborg is a terrible company. Promised 3 star hotel, but we arrived in a guest house with no stars at all. The room was dirty with the view on a dark dirty technical area under the stairs. We asked to change or do something about it, but they were just writing polite “customer support” messages all 7 days, and no help or action was done by Tjareborg. Shame on you, Tjareborg. Guys, just run away from Tjareborg or you will pay even more and your holidays will be completly ruined.

If you have to use Google translate, beware
If you have to use Google translate services on this company's website, the prices have NOK next to them. As you consider NOK to EUR ratio, you think you have a real bargain and proceed to pay. The payment screen also has NOK all over it. Only AFTER the payment is processed you get a confirmation that you paid that same amount but in EUR, i.e. over 10 times more than you expected to pay. Customer service KNOWS about this technical issue and of course would not do anything to rectify the situation. Why bother if you can dupe people into thinking that they can trust the information on your website? Bunch of scammers. Oh, and here is an invaluable advice from a very condescending customer service supervisor: if you don't read or understand Finnish, you should ask a Finnish-speaking person to check over your booking, so that they can explain to you (aka the foreign idiot - translation is mine but the meaning was unmistakable) how much you are paying and what for. I suppose being obnoxiously rude is a requirement for this company's customer service personnel. We'll never use this company again.
