No return shipping label for broken mirror bought online

I bought a mirror online and it arrived broken. I went to the website thinking I’d be able to request a return and receive a return label. Nope. I called the phone number for online orders. They were CLOSED. Customer service for TJMaxx online was closed at 7pm EST! Now I have to call them when I’m busy working.
This is my first online purchase w TJX and probably my last. Customer friendly online shopping really needs to make returns easy. This is ridiculous.

TJMax return policy is unfair to the…

TJMax return policy is unfair to the consumer even if the purchase was made with their store credit card. Made a purchase and the cashier told me I will place the receipt in the bag, well guess what it wasn’t there. Go to the store to return so they can credit the TJ Max card again and they can’t do it since they don’t have access to the information. What company gives out a credit card and can’t credit you the purchase you made on there store credit card . A company that does not care for there customers.

Same item keeps getting cancelled on…

Same item keeps getting cancelled on TWO separate orders, but when I called customer service, they said the inventory still showed 100 of the same item, and even THEY couldn't figure out the issue. I've ordered THOUSANDS of dollars worth of merchandise. I'm a great customer. I might be done. Very unhappy.

TJ Maxx has dropped the ball

I used to find great things at TJ Maxx but not anymore. Just alot of junk. I'll have to go elsewhere. At least I find the occasional good clothing at Ross.

BEWARE LONG RANT

I love to switch out my purse/wallets as each season passes or whenever I feel like I want a new look. Reason I say this is because I ALWAYS forget to bring their Credit Card with me.
I wouldn’t have signed up for their card if i knew their return policy was a JOKE. I Learned the hard way that even though they have 3 stores listed on their card, you can’t do refunds at those stores. Example; bought at T.J MAXX in NH but live in MA, figured I could refund at Marshalls near my house, they told me they can’t refund because they don't have the same system?? WHAT THE HELL.. THANKS for making it more challenging for the customer! Also, I didn’t want a refund, I just wanted to exchange the dress I bought to the correct size and Marshalls HAD the correct size!
I HAD TO BUY TWICE and refund later in the week when I went back to NH. Messes UP with the bill when you do that!

ALSO;
Their App is AAaaawfuuulll! NO point on having it. REALLY! I get it, security reasons,(I use other retail stores apps with no problem and have my info saved without a hassle!) but you shouldn't have to be on the internet and sign in AGAIN (which seems to always make me change my password and you can’t re use passwords) just to be able to see your rewards and to use your credit card???! What’s the point of even having an APP if this MAIN FEATURE can’t be accessed on it??? I ONLY use their app just to pay my bill that’s the only good other than that, I would’ve deleted the app because it is useless!

Never Order from TJMaxx.com or Sierra.com

As much as I used to love going to TJMaxx I don't even want to think about the store after it messed up all my online orders. Even with its other brand Sierra. At first I was excited to shop from TJMaxx.com. Both stores show great selections online and good discounts also. Don't be fooled. Your order either gets cancelled the next day or mysteriously ships after 5-7 days after you bought it somewhere else because you were told the order was cancelled. What's the point of ordering anything with them if it's all going to be cancelled or super late? Buyer beware, you're money is going to get tied up on orders that never come in.

I recently bought a Ice tea jar

I recently bought a Ice tea jar, got it home and filled it and left it in the sun. When I picked it up it had leaked.
I took it back to the store (at the Arizona Pavillions) with the receipt. The cashier had to get her manager, the manager then left me standing in line for about 10 minutes while she checked the shelves for another jar to compair I guess? She finally came back and said accusingly "are you sure you purchased it here"? The receipt was in her hand!
I said yes of course I bought it there, why? She said there is no others on the shelf and it has a stain on the inside around the spicket. Well of course it does I made sun tea in it. Isn't that what its for?
She could tell I was getting upset at her, she gave me my credit, but wasn't happy about it.
As much as I love the store, because of all the products, I will not be going back. All because of the way that so called manager talked to me. I wish I had asked for her name.

Tried to pay with my Tjx card which is…

Tried to pay with my Tjx card which is in good standing and has $1700 to spend. I went to check out and it got declined, the service rep just stood there as I tried to understand why my card wouldn’t work. I asked her if there was another way to pay without the card and she said no. I went in my app and I see a digital card that says for me to give to a rep at checkout which annoyed me because she had just told me there was no other way? I gave her the digital card and she almost refused to try it until the manager(crystal) came over and entered it in. It still didn’t go through and I asked her what to do and she tells me to call, meanwhile it’s 9:00 at night and I was just standing online for 30 minutes, I have a pregnant wife with me and a 3 year old, and she can’t do it cause it’s not her account she tells me... there’s nothing she can do. This is the worst response a manager can say to a customer who is looking for help and trying to make a purchase. The business SUCKS. Employees are miserable and lazy. I will never go back to TJ Max in Poughkeepsie, NY, it is trash.

I opened up a charge card and I was quickly approved and I was happy about that I bought like $175 worth of stuff and I took back most of it except for a bathing suit I think the bathing suit was $29 when I got my bill it was $150 needless 2 say I won't be shopping there anymore I paid the bill but I'm done

Took my order forever to get here! Received damaged items!
Costumer service the worst ever!!
Not helpful at all! Will return the whole order just by how I’ve been treated by their costumer service.
Will never buy there online again!
I am a costumer who goes to their store every week and obviously spend money there, now I won’t go there hopefully in a very long time!!

I ordered a lot of clothes online from…

I ordered a lot of clothes online from tj maxx for me and my kids a few week back and I received all my items. I made 4 orders and didn't have a problem with any of the orders. My first order took 9 days but the other 3 only took 7 days. The clothes looked great!

On-line Orders/Website

I placed an order a couple of days ago. I just received an email notification two of my items were cancelled. One of the cancelled items was the main reason why I placed the order in the first place. I purchased additional items in order to save on the shipping charges. I called TJ Maxx's customer service to ask if I can order a sized up on the same item. After the rep asked a few questions, she then tells me my order cannot be modified or cancelled. I can understand if I decided to add an item or exchange this item with a totally different item, but I wanted to adjust my order based on the lack of efficiencies of TJ Maxx. Their website should have been updated immediately the size I wanted was no longer available. I would have ordered the next sized up at that time. Going forward, I will not be making any more on-line purchases with TJ Maxx.

These stores are very bias they cater…

These stores are very bias they cater to the skinny people only one rack for plus size, whoever does the ordering for ALL T J MAXX SUCKS HAS NO IDEA WHAT TO ORDER. I DON'T and will not shop there ever again and will not recommend others as well.
